About: Hello! My name is Katie and I have many years of pet care, boarding and sitting experience. We live on 5 acres in Metter with lots of puppy love to go around! My children love to help walk and take care of all pet needs with me. My experience with dogs ranges from small breeds such as mini schnauzers, Brussels Griffons and chihuahuas to large breeds such as GSD, Great Danes, Mastifs and Rotties. We love all breeds and welcome any friendly pooch into our home where they will be loved as our own. I allow the pups to play and relax as they like and sleep wherever they’re most comfortable. I am a stay at home mom so I am pretty much at home more than anywhere else taking care of our pets and kiddos. We live on 5 acres with a pond and lots of room to roam! Your pets will be treated to supervised outside play in our fenced in dog run where they can play and burn off all of their pent up energy. Pets are always supervised when outside and never allowed to roam freely without either my husband or myself outdoors with them. All pets are allowed to sleep wherever they find their most comfy spot or can be crated if that is your preference. We do not generally crate unless it is necessary for safety or if that is what your pet is used to at home. I do my absolute best to make sure I follow the same rules you have for your dogs in your own home while they are staying with us.

About: I've been a pet owner my entire life and pet sat for friends and family since I was around 12 years old. When I was in college, I would take care of pets for friends while they studied abroad. In the last few years, I've also become something of a pet expert through my freelance writing. I also have first-hand experience with reactive dogs through my own dog, Ginger. I'm a freelancer that sets my own hours, so I can work in pet care at any time. I can even stay full-time at your home the entire time you're away. I prefer to care for pets in clients' homes. I find that most animals are more comfortable in their own environment anyway, plus there's no concern for how well they'll get along with my own pets.

About: What truly sets me apart as a pet sitter is my comprehensive understanding of diverse pet needs, coupled with a genuine passion for their well-being that extends beyond basic care. Many sitters offer walks and feedings, but my approach is deeply rooted in providing specialized, individualized care that addresses both their physical and mental health. For instance, my experience with puppy care goes beyond house-training; I'm adept at positive reinforcement techniques, early socialization, and laying the groundwork for basic obedience, helping them develop into well-adjusted adults. When it comes to senior care, I understand the unique challenges that come with aging pets – from administering multiple medications on strict schedules, to recognizing subtle signs of discomfort, to providing gentle, supportive mobility assistance for those with arthritis or limited movement. I'm also highly experienced with pets with special medical needs, including administering injections, managing dietary restrictions for allergies or illnesses, and closely monitoring for any changes in their condition. My background as an avid cleaner means your home will be just as tidy as you left it, and my extensive supply of extra blankets, toys, food, and treats ensures I'm always prepared for any unexpected need or simply to offer a little extra comfort and fun. Ultimately, it's my proactive, attentive, and deeply compassionate approach to every pet's unique personality and requirements that provides true peace of mind for their owners. Even with a packed schedule of classes and a part-time job, incorporating pet care into my daily and weekly routine is a non-negotiable part of my life. It's a constant balancing act, starting with early morning walks and feedings before I head to campus or work. Throughout the day, I'm always mindful of their needs, whether it's a quick pit stop home between lectures for a potty break or making sure they have enough food and fresh water. Evenings are dedicated to quality time – longer walks, playtime, and settling down together while I tackle homework. Weekends are when I can truly spoil them with extended adventures to the park or extra-long cuddle sessions. It takes planning and effort, but the joy and companionship my pets bring into my life make every moment of that routine completely worthwhile. When pets stay with me, my focus is always on providing a safe, trustworthy, and enriching environment that feels like a second home. I go beyond the basics, conducting thorough safety checks to eliminate hazards, maintaining a pristine and pet-friendly clean home, and being fully prepared for any emergencies with a well-stocked pet first-aid kit. Building trust is key, so I strictly follow their established routines for feeding and medication, and keep pet parents updated with regular photos and messages, ensuring peace of mind. Beyond safety and trust, I create an enriching environment filled with daily walks tailored to their energy, engaging playtime with a variety of toys, and mental stimulation through puzzle games or new experiences. I always have a supply of extra blankets, food, and treats on hand, and I'm meticulous about their grooming and any necessary medical care. Ultimately, my aim is to make their stay as comfortable, happy, and stimulating as possible, treating them with the same love and attention they receive from their own families.

I always provide updates, photos, and clear communication so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands.

About: I babysat my brothers puppies for a while and house sat. They were a Australian shepherd and a husky. My parents have a chihuahua mix that I helped take care of. I currently have a Keeshond that I rescued that lives with my partner. The black dog is the puppy my mom and I took in over the winter break and found her a loving home I am available everyday during the week but not available on weekends. If weekends are needed contact me and I can try to make something work. My apartment has a yard for dogs to wonder and be free. If I find that the dog does not have enough room I will take them to a park 3 minutes from my apartment

About: I’ve had pets in my home as long as I can remember, ranging from dogs, cats, lizards, fish, birds, rodents, snakes, even tarantulas! As an adult my husband and I have 3 cats who we adore and my family have an elderly boxer (who’s convinced he’s a puppy). I love spending time with animals, and I take care of my friends pets every time they leave town. I’m in my final semester of grad school right now, and since I’ve submitted my thesis, I have a lot of free time to hang out with your pets! I’m very detail-oriented, which means I take instructions to heart. As long as you tell me how you want your pets cared for I can assure you that’s what will happen.

About: I have had dogs in the past giving me good one on one time with dogs but I've also pet sit for family and friends. From dog and cat to lizards and bunnies I've pet sit for all. I'm currently trying to go back to school and my part time job is just not gonna get me there. I'm just trying to help a family that needs help. I've found clients feel more at easy when I pet sit in their home which I completely understand. This is my first time on this app so I don't know what to expect on here but in the past I've had clients make me a list of what they need done with their pets. Water, food and a walk to use the restroom or for exercise is the common one but I've also been asked to bath them. Which if asked by a client I'm not against bathing the pets.

My compassionate and fun personality will ensure the best care for your pet. I work part time at 2 jobs currently and i’m a college student but im always home and have breaks in between classes and things. my work schedule during the week is either 7am-12pm or 12pm-5pm. On weekends I also do dog boarding and the times I go in to walk and check on the dogs are 8,12 and 5 so most weekends i’m free to stay for boarding as long as i’m able to leave in between. I live in a gated neighborhood with one dog and 3 cats occasionally when the one outside wants to come in. They are all friendly and get along well with other pets. Im currently a sophomore and full time student at Georgia Southern University majoring in Nursing. I graduate in May of 2027 and plan on being a L&D or ER nurse. I have a miniature dachshund named Bentley, who’s 2 years old and I truly couldn’t imagine life without him. I got Bentley right before going to college, and he’s been the best companion ever since. Outside of school and pet sitting I enjoy spending time with family, friends, watching movies, and traveling. Going to GSU was one of the best decisions I’ve made, I’m grateful to be so close to home while getting my education. I take all online classes giving me a flexible schedule that allows plenty of time for pet sitting. Although my only “job” is pet sitting I don’t see it that way. I see it more as something I’m passionate about and enjoy doing. Caring for your pets brings me joy by ensuring they feel happy and comfortable while you’re away. Let me take care of your worries! BOARDING & HOUSE SITTING: Whether in my home or yours, I provide a safe, comfortable, and stress free environment for every animal. In my home you can expect plenty of space for play, rest, and lots of cuddle while also following their same routine. I live in the country on a private dirt road but am close to a busy road without a fenced in yard. All walks and potty breaks would be on a leash or harness. I prefer to only have 1-2 pets from the same household stay while boarding. I do NOT board pets from different households at the same time, just to keeps things safe. In your home I follow regular schedules, maintaining their routine, and keeping them happy in their own space. I follow feeding times, exercise times, meditation times (if needed), and, of course, lots of love and attention. I prefer shorter boarding/house sitting (1-2 weeks), but extended stays can be arranged. Whatever you need I can help!

“Truthfully, I am what most would call a “helicopter parent”.... my dogs are my kids - and I have a hard time letting go and trusting someone to love and care for them as I do. This was not the case with Katie. All three dogs (and their quirks) were taken care of to the point I felt I could actually relax and enjoy my vacation, rather than call and check in daily as I have before with boarding facilities. Katie was in tune with my special needs dog- medication as well as slow walks with plenty of patience to let her sniff around and enjoy her time. Katie was attentive to their needs and went above and beyond to send daily pictures of my pack. I would highly recommend katie to dog moms and dads alike that want to ensure their fur baby is loved on, walked and treated like family.”

“Lainey is one of the most caring people I know. She loves animals of all sorts and always wants to do what’s best for them. I’d trust her with any pet I have as well as my kids.”

Danielle L.
“Danielle was excellent, and very attentive to our pets! We have a German shepherd, an elderly blind great dane and cats. She was well equipped to handle our big dog breeds, even our special needs boy who is weary of strangers, and our cats love her too! Definitely would recommend!”

Megan K.
“Megan has watched my dog and cat on multiple occasions. She is extremely mindful of their special medical needs. She makes sure that their meals are available at the appropriate times and that their areas are sanitary. She communicates regularly and openly with me while watching my pets. She makes sure that my active dog’s exercise needs are met and brings any concerns that she notices to my attention immediately. Megan makes sure that my dog participates in hikes, swimming and other appropriate activities while caring for her. She makes sure that my cat participates in stimulating play activities in my absence. I would highly recommend Megan. She is always reliable and responsible.”

“Claire is the best! She’s attentive, loving and great with all pets. Our two dogs LOVED their time with her- they were so well cared for and they had no disruption to their eating and playing habits, which says a lot about their comfortability level with Claire. She’s respectful of your space and totally trustworthy. You can’t go wrong with her.”
