About: I have taken care of animals for 22 years, and I absolutely love it. In fact, my whole life I wanted to be a Vet Tech. I love animals, and have a special connection with each of them. I am currently not working full time, as I just had a baby 6 months ago, so I am able to invest my time and energy with my children and with animals. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
