About: Hi! Im a retired vet that has grown up around many pets all my life! Birds, dogs, reptiles, and farm animals! Looking to love and care for your animals whenever you're busy. I grew up with 3 dogs and have been around and taken care of them my whole life. 3 years ago when I adopted my dog Luna, an anxious rescue, is when I really dove into research on the best practices for ways to train, take care of, and advocate for dogs— and now consider it one of my greatest passions. I also spent a year on and off volunteering at Coconino animal shelter in Flagstaff, AZ getting experience providing care to all kinds of dogs! I am in an online grad program for mental health counseling, with a part-time internship— so I am home a lot and am flexible! I have a fenced yard and 1 friendly husky mix that looooves to play. Big area of grass, with lots of toys, bones and a large backyard that provides plenty of stimulation. I have a large doggy door for easy access outside. I also have a large cozy crate in my garage if needed!
