About: Hey there! I'm Emma White & I'm an outgoing, goofy pet lover. Since I was little, I've had a special place in my heart for animals. I'm comfortable caring for a wide variety of animals & getting to know their individual personalities, routines, & needs. I've cared for dogs, cats, fish, frogs, lizards, turtles, guinea pigs, chickens, & goats. I love getting outside, playing, & giving pets plenty of attention. I'm no stranger to nervous or shy pets, so I understand the importance of patience, consistency, & building trust at their own pace. I also have personal experience with large breeds, including English Mastiffs & Great Danes (they're secretly just big babies!). I have experience caring for pets with additional needs, including GI issues, allergies, vision or hearing impairments, & special dietary requirements. I'm comfortable following specific feeding instructions, medication schedules, & other care routines. I'm also Animal CPR certified, so I understand how to properly care for unexpected situations. I want you to feel just as comfortable as your pet does, so I provide regular updates & photos to keep you in the loop & give you peace of mind while you're away. Whether your pet needs an energetic playmate, a patient companion, or simply someone reliable to keep them happy, comfortable, & cared for, I'd love the opportunity to meet them! I have a pretty flexible schedule working from home. I’m able to make time for walks, playtime, feeding, & check-ins. I’m also happy to work around a pet’s normal routine & make sure they get the consistency & care they’re used to! I like to keep pets as close to their normal routine as possible, especially when they’re staying in their own home. Whether sticking to specific feeding times, medications, walks, or other care routines, I focus on not missing any details. During drop-ins, I make sure to provide plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, & companionship rather than simply checking in and leaving. For house sitting, I treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own. I keep things tidy, follow any household instructions, and ensure pets feel comfortable & cared for. You can expect regular updates & photos so you know your pets & home are in good hands.
“Jessica took wonderful care of Bella! She was attentive, thorough, and kept me updated, which gave me so much peace of mind. She was also incredibly accommodating, even on such short notice. I highly recommend her and will definitely be using Jessica again in the future!”

“Alicia did a great job checking on my 2 kitties while away on vacation. She came to meet with us beforehand for a meet and greet to ensure she knew exactly how to care for the fur babies. Would recommend to anyone! 💯”

“Alexis was amazing! She was so sweet and patient with our boys and made sure they were comfortable and cared for. She played with them inside and outside and spoiled them with treats. They were sad when she left. Can’t wait for her to visit them again!”

“Hannah was amazing! Followed every quirky instruction for my rambunctious boys. They loved her and I most definitely will be using her permanently. She was so sweet to them and the pictures of their big smiles confirm it🩷”

“Jynna was incredible with our two cats! She followed all our instructions to the tee, made us laugh with the multitude of photos she sent while we were away, and most importantly gave us the peace of mind that our cats were in good hands while we were gone. Thank you Jynna!”

“Hannah is doing an outstanding job taking care of Stanley for me while im away.. She is very responsible, she gives prompt updates and gives my boy lots of loving when she's there! I highly recommended Hannah and will continue to use her.”

“Makae was a lifesaver when she was able to take care of my dog last minute. I was nervous because I hadn't used Rover before but she made me feel at ease by sending daily texts and photos of my happy pup. She's such a calm and positive presence and I will definitely trust her to take care of Maya again!”

“Andrea was awesome. I received constant updates regarding my dog and being out of town was enjoyable since I didnt have to worry about her. Definitely going to rebook with her in the future.”

“Lauryn was absolutely amazing with our cats while we were on vacation! She followed every instruction perfectly, sent us regular photo updates, and gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. The biggest surprise was that she even won over our super shy girl, who usually hides from everyone. Seeing her come out for Lauryn and enjoy the attention meant so much to us. It’s obvious Lauryn truly loves animals and treats them like they’re her own. We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter, and we’ll definitely be using her every time we travel. Highly recommend!”

“Melissa did a wonderful job with our furry family. She even gained the confidence of our scared cat that has never come out for any other sitter. We will definitely be booking her again.”

“Yvette checked in on my two cats while I was away and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a cat sitter to check in on their fur babies!”

I understand how important it is to give your pets the same love and attention I give my own! I truly enjoy spending time with pets, whether that’s playtime, walks, or just quiet companionship. My goal is to be a little part of your family and provide that peace of mind while you are away! Pet care is my full time job! My husband is home for my fur babies every night and morning if I need to be at overnights. And I make sure I have time to check in on my babies during the day if have a full day! When caring for pets, whether in my home or a client’s home, I focus on keeping them comfortable, safe, and happy by following their normal routines as closely as possible. I provide plenty of attention through walks, playtime, and companionship, always practicing proper leash etiquette and respecting feeding or medication instructions. I create a calm, caring environment where pets feel secure, whether they’re playful, need a little extra patience, or are in delicate stages of life, so owners can have peace of mind knowing their pets are well cared for.
About: I have 3 dogs and one cat of my own! I’ve had two of the dogs since they were puppies, and my cat since he was a kitten. I’ve also pet sit for my neighbors many times! My three dogs are all chihuahuas, but i’ve had experience with bigger dogs too. I am currently working part time, but I’m planning on going full time with pet sitting! Once summer is over I will be going to school but early in the morning, from around 8 to 12. So I will have plenty of time to take care of your pets ! I will not bring your pets to my own home, because my dogs are not very friendly to other pets. I will be able to go to your home and take care of your pet(s) there!

About: I have taken care of animals from a young age, we have always had family pets from dogs to cats, lizards, fish, rescues etc. and my grandparents had farm animals like horses pigs, chickens and goats that I was around from a young age also. I have always cared for our family pets as well as neighbors, friends, and family throughout the years. I typically house sit when watching the animals also and can take care of things like collecting mail and packages, etc. I currently work part time form home so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule to care for animals. I also have an outdoor enclosed fence about 8x10 that I can use to separate dogs if needed. And I have about a 5x8 fully enclosed outdoor catio as well. I have plenty of space inside the home to let animals rest as well as a garage if it is too hot during the day.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
