“This was my first time using rover. Kelsea did a phenomenal job watching our dog, she communicated very well and made sure we knew everything that was going on with our dog! I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a pet sitter!”

“Aaron looked after my cats, Thomas and Oliver, and honestly, he was great. Right from the start, Aaron was super patient and gentle. He made them feel comfortable and was always attentive to their needs. He really got into their favorite toys and playtime routines, which made a big difference. They seemed happy, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyed having Aaron around. I really couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. Aaron went above and beyond, and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable and kind to care for their cats.”

About: I’ve taken care of many animals throughout my entire life. They are family and I consider them children but with four legs. I have had multiple experiences in training puppies and adults. I currently work full time M-F 7am-3:30pm. My evenings are free including overnight stays. On the weekends I am free anytime for day sitting, stopping by and overnight. I would make sure they are fed, watered, played with, loved on and have everything they need. I also follow any guidance or instructions their pet parents have for them.
“Awesome experience! I was busy on a trip so I didn’t have much time to communicate with Nik during the visits and he still sent very detailed check-in notes and made sure my girl was happy and healthy while I was out of town! I definitely recommend and will for sure use Nik for all future out of town visits!”

“Monique was AWESOME. She did a wonderful job house sitting for us and watching our two dogs. She is attentive, professional, and extremely communicative, texting and sending pictures and videos multiple times daily. We loved it and felt very secure about how our dogs were doing. I would recommend her highly to anyone with energetic pups!”
“Beka was the best rover we’ve used! She sent us many pictures and kept us updated about how our cat was doing. It was obvious our cat felt super comfortable with her and enjoyed Beka’s company as well. We plan to use her every time we go out of town!”

About: I'VE HAD MY OWN DOGS AND CATS FOR OVER 30 YRS. I'VE BEEN DOG SITTING FOR OTHERS FOR ABOUT 11 YRS. I RECENTLY LOST MY 12 YR OLD MALTIPOM SO I CURRENTLY HAVE NO PETS OF MY OWN, GIVING ME PLENTY OF TIME TO CARE FOR OTHERS. I am retired and live in Broken Arrow with my adult daughter to help with my 9 yr old granddaughter. I no longer have any pets of my own so pet sitting is a nice way to spend time with dogs and cats. I like to have written instructions on feeding, meds, and bedtime routine. I like to do all I can to maintain their daily schedule. I will send lots of photos/videos!
About: I have been pet sitting for over 5 years and have had the opportunity to care for pets from so many amazing families, many of whom continue to rebook with me. I have 4 dogs of my own, so spending time with and caring for dogs is something I truly love. I also worked at a dog wash and grooming place for a year and loved working with dogs. I treat every pet like they are part of my own family and always make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I am currently a college student home for the summer and looking for fun ways to make extra money while enjoying my time off. I work part-time and love staying busy, so pet sitting is the perfect way for me to earn a little extra income while doing something I genuinely enjoy. Getting to work at a dog wash and grooming place was a good experience and I loved getting to spending time with dogs. Spending time with animals brings me so much joy, and I love giving pets the care, attention, and companionship they deserve while their owners are away. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I make sure to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I follow all instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, playtime, and any special care they may need. I spend quality time with each pet to make sure they feel safe, loved, and not lonely while their owners are away. I also keep the home clean and provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind.

About: I have cared for dogs my entire life, my favorite breed is schnauzers. I work at a veterinary clinic currently and majored in Animal Science. I am open to help anyone and any pet in need!! I am a college graduate working as a veterinary technician looking to help out dogs and cats in need. I love to care for those in need even outside of work. My dog lives with me in my apartment. We go on daily walks and play all the time. I will treat your pet with love and follow any guidelines you have for your pet.
About: I’ve helped care for nine family dogs growing up, handling feeding, walking, bathing, and playtime. Experienced with different sizes, temperaments, and maintaining consistent routines daily. I work full time but have flexible hours. Typically 9–5, can adjust to 7–3 if needed. Weekends off and available for consistent, reliable pet care. I provide a safe, clean environment, follow routines closely, ensure pets feel comfortable, supervise interactions, secure spaces, and give consistent attention, care, and communication daily.

About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I currently have a 2 year old husky named Moose (Daphne), whose story started with me taking in her stray mom and unexpectedly becoming responsible for four surprise puppies basically overnight. Navigating puppy life x4 taught me a lot about patience, structure, training, and reading dog personalities quickly. Moose and her siblings still get regular play dates since they went to close friends, which has been really special. I’ve also had pets my whole life, including multiple family dogs and a cat who lived to 17 years old. I genuinely enjoy animals of all personalities, energy levels, and quirks. Whether that means adventure walks, play time, routines, or just making them feel safe and cared for while you’re away. I'm currently working part-time in photography so I have a lot of free time and energy to take care of anything your animals may need I have a fenced in yard and one friendly pup who loves other dogs. Your dog would be well taken care of, and since I do have a Husky, who are smart and prone to escaping, I'm always close by when she goes outside. She also does not like to be in the heat so I'm always conscious of keeping a cool home with lots of water

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in New Tulsa. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
