I currently have a 2 year old husky named Moose (Daphne), whose story started with me taking in her stray mom and unexpectedly becoming responsible for four surprise puppies basically overnight. Moose and her siblings still get regular play dates since they went to close friends, which has been really special. I’ve also had pets my whole life, including multiple family dogs and a cat who lived to 17 years old. I genuinely enjoy animals of all personalities, energy levels, and quirks. So I naturally get very nervous when I leave my dogs anywhere. They have such knowledge of dogs and dog behaviors… they weren’t nervous, had a set up to combat the issue, and were just overall wonderful with both of my dogs. They also were very careful and loving to my old dog with hip dysplasia. The second day I went to drop the girls off, both of them went running right into the house and looked back like they were saying, see you later. If that’s not a sign, I don’t know what is.
