About: I’ve been around animals my entire life. I grew up with an orange tabby cat who taught me the basics of daily pet care from a young age. In high school, my family adopted a snorkie, and I’ve helped care for him for the past 12 years—everything from daily walks and playtime to grooming and giving medications. I’ve also had my own cat for the past seven years, and through his renal issues I’ve become very familiar with the early signs of urinary blockages, bladder stones, and the importance of special diet management. Because of this, I’m extremely attentive to subtle behavior changes and comfortable supporting pets with chronic or sensitive medical needs. I treat every pet like family, and I’m committed to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate care. I am a medical student who spends several hours a day studying, making my schedule perfect for house sitting and using study breaks to take dogs on walks. I have class every week day from 8-12 so I can do anytime after that. Unfortunately, I am unable to do Thursdays due to long lecture and lab times. When your pet is with me, they’re treated like my own. I’m really big on keeping things safe, calm, and consistent so your pet can settle in and feel comfortable. I pay close attention to routines, behavior, and any little changes—especially since I’m used to managing my own cat’s medical needs. I’m super reliable and I always follow instructions exactly how you give them. You’ll get plenty of updates and photos so you never have to wonder how your pet is doing. Whether it’s sticking to a schedule, handling special diets, or just giving them extra love and attention, I make sure your pet is safe, happy, and well-cared for the entire time.

About: Dogs are the light of my life, truly.✨There is no other creature that brings so much pure joy than a dog of any kind. I’ve always had dogs in my life, since early childhood. I love being able to speak with someone with no words. Nothing that a dog can do would ever cause me frustration, especially as they age. Dogs allow me a brand of patience that I have for no one else. Having been surrounded by dogs my entire life I fully grasp their cycle of existence. I am very familiar with the full spectrum of care for dogs of all ages. I recently lost the dog of my lifetime and that is actually what brought me to Kansas and what has me seeking this work. I am a very compassionate, attentive and loving caregiver. Getting your pup a little extra exercise while you’re at work, or spending the night with them whilst calming their nerves, when you jet out of town, would be my pleasure. I am a trustworthy, honest and kind human that would love your pup as my own. I also have an open schedule, flexibility and can pivot easily for last minute accommodations, Think of me! Sadly, I currently am without a pet, I just relocated to Wichita from Austin Texas after the passing of my dog, Tallboy, She was a stunningly, elegant and charming red nosed Pitiful. I miss our routine and schedule of care for her. I currently have a wide open schedule and I am ready to dote on all the pup personalities that Wichita has to offer. I can’t wait to meet everyone. I’ve honestly not ever done this particular type of work with animals. But I would imagine that the animals’ needs would come before my own. And that everything would be prioritized as so. Depending on their humans’ requests I plan to go by their playbook and have the best time caring for all of these sweet creatures.

“Kary and Myranda, are a perfect fit - not only a working partners, but as a Mom and daughter. So far, we have used them for one drop in and one overnight. They present as genuine, confident and comfortable with all the responsibilities that go with caring for someone else's pets. Bella and Cooper took to them immediately. Kary and Myranda were sensitive to my concerns about our senior, Bella, and understanding of Cooper's energetic ways. They sent loads of photos and updates, which I appreciated greatly. They respected our home and the routines that are pups are used to. What impressed me the most was they 'got to know' both of our dogs, which matters in any care giving scenario. One last note is that when I suggested they leave when I wasn't far from returning from an overnight trip, they chose to stay until I returned. The dogs were never left unattended during our absence. When I did get home, they gave me a thorough report on how things went and then were on their way. We will definitely be using their fine service in the future.”

About: I’m exceptional in training puppies, cats and dogs. If necessary I can discipline although I prefer positive encouragement towards good behaviour with rewards. I love teaching commands using an animals favourite treat or a clicker, whichever is more effective. When it comes to older animals it’s critical for me to be aware of and understand their history. Dietary restrictions, sleeping/eating habits, medication and application processes, etc. I love all animals but ultimately will treat them as family with the love and support they each deserve. I’m currently unemployed but seeking part time work. My main goal currently is to fill in the gaps of my day to day with joy and happiness that only pets can bring. We all need something to look forward too to make life enjoyable and for me right now that’s figuring out how to play with as many animals as possible. Our home has as expansive enclosed back yard for dogs to run around in and play or simply take a potty break. Our living room and kitchen area are great open places for cats to explore and the basement is very clean and comfortable as well. Although, I prefer to go to a cats home instead because as you know being a cat owner most cats dislike change of environments or any change in general for that matter. When it comes to walks I like to take as many precautions as viable. Dog parks are available and accessible more so during the day. There are plenty of nearby parks in my neighbourhood as well as bike paths and sidewalks. I’m open to any suggestions for locations or preferred methods of transportation as some animals dislike car rides so a simple walk around the block would suffice. I take any and all advice seriously when it comes to the attention and care of your animal.

About: Ive had dogs my whole life, from a small Pomeranian to a large German shepherd and all sizes in between! We have cat, Rabbit, and chicken experience as well! Lauren works from home and will be here all day to take care of any pets in our care! Our large backyard is the perfect place to let the dogs roam and get some energy out! We have a fenced in yard, dogs will be let out for at least 15 minutes every 2-3 hours. We have a separate room that will have a run/large kennel for your dog to be in when needed and overnight. I also have a room that will be set up for rabbits to be kept in their enclosure and seperate from all other animals. Safety is our first priority so all animals from seperate household will be let out separately!

About: Hi, My name is Isabel, I’ve been dedicated with pet care for 3 years, caring, dog sitting,feeding, and volunteering at our local animal shelter here in Wichita! I also have 3 dogs myself. I’m very passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment for all breeds and sizes! In the morning I feed my dogs, refresh their water, and take them out for their bathroom break, I work from home part time on a computer, but its very flexible and I’m able to attend to Pet Care full time!!!! My dogs are very friendly but if needed they are kennel Trained, so your dog will still be able to run and play in my apartment!!
