He’s a super friendly, high-energy dog so having a few other dogs around to play with worked really well for him - and for us, since he was super tired when we got home! It was our first time to use Rover and we found Mary to be really professional and pleasant to talk to. She is quick to respond to inquiries and is very detailed and honest in her responses. I also appreciate how Mary and Tom did the meet-and-greet, where they made sure the dogs are not around when Tubby first came into their home. They let him do a little exploring, then let him out into the yard, where they started introducing him to the other dogs one by one. They were also very patient in answering my questions. Overall we had a great experience leaving Tubby for daycare at Mary’s and looking forward to booking them again. :)”

About: I am a new empty nester with plenty of space for your pet! I work from home, so plenty of time to give your pet my love and attention! I work from home, so plenty of time to give your pet my love and attention. I can let them out or walk them with a moments notice! I have empty rooms downstairs for your pet to call theirs! I also have a large pen for play time. I own two big dogs but they are kept upstairs with an invisible fence. I also have a large fenced in back yard!

We did a meet and greet with Morgan & Jennifer and they were absolutely incredible. They immediately treated Murphy like she was their own dog. When it came to daycare day, they sent us so many photos & videos. When I went to pick up Murphy, they told us how the day went. Murphy didn’t want to leave because she had so much fun! About: I have had animals my entire life, including having and caring for my own animals as an adult. In addition to supporting families through Rover, I also pet sit for friends and family. I am comfortable with navigating puppy care and introducing animals of different ages, temperaments, etc. I have experience with animals and medication delivery as I had a 21-year-old cat who utilized twice daily medications throughout a few years' time and have delivered meds to dogs as well over the years. I am comfortable supporting training as well as behavior modification is a strong interest and passion of mine with supporting an animal’s (and your) day-to-day life and finding what can be positively rewarding for them. I currently groom my dog and am open to additional services if interested such as: cat nail trimming, bathing, dog bathing and grooming, transporting your dog for nail trims or grooming. If your fur baby is staying with me in our home, they will be treated with all the love and attention ours receive! I know being away from your little one(s) can be hard so I will take your lead with updates as far as frequency and content. Generally, I will provide 1-2 updates per day with pictures of them so you can see how they’re doing ❤️🐾. I work in behavioral health and am looking for a way to give in a way that has supported me in the past and Rover feels like a great fit as someone who has leaned on support for others many times with my fur babies. I am currently home full time and my partner works from home as well for a majority of the week. Our home is home to a 9-year-old dog as well as two rambunctious kittens. We are very mindful of the different things that animals may be able to get into because of this. Our yard currently has a lead to allow your dog to go outside. We have crate trained and use this with our dog and are comfortable doing this with yours if wished and also use baby door stoppers to keep some doors where things like cat food or litter boxes may be open for the kitties while still keeping the space off limits as needed for dog safety :)

About: My husband Mike and I have taken care of various animals throughout our lives. In more recent years we have fostered dogs for a local rescue, along with raising three of our own furbabies. We have cared for dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes with various health care needs. Mike works from home and I work as a nurse ~3 days a week, so one of us is always home to care for our dogs and yours. We walk our dogs in the morning/afternoon and have plenty of play or time in between. If your dog has a specific routine or specific needs we are happy to accommodate these. We have 2.5 acres for our 3 dogs and yours to roam, including a fenced turf area with plenty of room to play. The dogs have their own room with comfy cots to rest after their busy days of play, but they are welcome throughout our home. They will have ample love and cuddles throughout their stay. If your dog needs to be crated at night we are able to accommodate that as well.
