“Alicia does a great job making sure all of my cats are fed, watered and feel loved while I'm away. I get consistent updates and photos of all in a timely manner.”
“Patience took the best care of my kitties while we were away. Not only that but took care of the house and mail, and also brought toys and treats for my cats and a very sweet Christmas gift and card for me. Totally above and beyond. I 100% recommend her!!”

“Mykaela has been wonderful! We can trust that she will take good care of our puppy during her visits. She sends us photo updates and our dog always looks so happy and like she is having fun. We appreciate her helping us! Would definitely recommend!”

“Taylor was fantastic with our puppy. I was so worried to leave her home alone while I was at work due to her separation anxiety, but Taylor took great care of her. She was on time every day and very communicative which helped put my mind at ease. We will definitely use her again.”

“Rebekah was fantastic with my kitty Nyla. She is way more experienced than I am with cats, so it was awesome. She came to check on her 2-3 times per day, played with her, fed her & even turned on Cat TV for her. I got lots of notes each visit & pictures. I will for sure be using her in the future:)”

“Eleanor has been AWESOME! We feel so blessed that she is looking after our furry babies when we are away from home. She takes really good care of them and she gives us real peace of mind while we are gone knowing they are being well cared for.”

“What a beautiful wonderful pet setter my 8 month old German Shepherd Gracie absolutely loved her. And so do I!!!! she not only showed much love and attention. She also did some training with her She is so knowledged about dogs! Can't wait to have her again!!”

About: I grew up in a home full of animals, including three boxers, a pit bull, and cats all around! All of the animals i’ve owned have lived to senior ages, so I am aware of what may need done to love the older guys a little extra! I’m also aware of what puppy training or walking may look like. I’ve trained and raised three of my own dogs as well. I am currently working full time, but my hours may vary per day! I am available for dog walking/drop in visits early morning and afternoon/evening! Currently our day starts with a potty trip and around ten minutes of enrichment before going into kennels for work! Once I am home, we are at a park or on a walk daily! My girls eat once in the morning and once in the evening. Our evening then finishing with a final potty break and settling into bed!

About: I’ve had pets all my life! Most recently I had a pitbull for 12 years and 2 cats for 15+. Sadly, all aged and passed away the past two years (I got them all young around the same time, bad idea since they tend to pass away so close to each other). Before I got my last dog, I fostered pitbulls who were good with cats for a couple years. My home is open and free for them to roam, and I’m well-equipped for big pitties trying to yank me around my large yard! My pitty had incontinence before he passed so I also am prepared for messes and spills. My home is ready and equipped for large dogs and for cats, since I kept everything from my last pets as I await being able to get my own again. I’ve also pet-sat for many of my friends when they leave town a when their dogs got along with mine! Now that I have none, I can offer solo or multiple dogs at once depending on your preference. I work part time, mostly from home. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays I have a few hours of evening commitments but that’s it! I can usually come let animals out or feed them in the morning, afternoon, and evenings before bed unless I stay in your house, and then I can be there most of the day. I care for animals in my home as if they were mine! We wake up and have breakfast, go outside, and hangout around the house while I work. Lots of snuggles and pets! I let animals sleep in my bed if they want. If it’s your home, I’ll be able to meet the needs of your pet as described. I can crate if that’s desired, I have a large crate for large dogs!

About: I’m not sure that there’s one specific thing that would set me apart from other caregivers however, my best buddy Trouble crossed the rainbow bridge in February. Trouble was a 13 year old Weimaraner that my daughters & I rescued during Covid. Currently, Im not ready to be a dog mom just yet but I am ready to fill the empty space in my heart! I miss having a fur baby to walk with & playing in the yard. I have experience with large breeds , rescues, and seniors. I do work a full-time job Monday through Friday but I work a hybrid schedule & on the weekends I am an early riser so I could start as early as 5 AM. I am soon to be an empty nester and recently lost my fur baby. I am looking to keep busy with some new free time! In my clients home, I will care for their animals just as they do & keeping with their routine. If their dog needs belly rubs , quiet time, snuggling time & playing with & walking, I will do it all!
“I really appreciated Matt's care during our trip! We have two nervous cats, and while one was still elusive he was able pet the other one after a few days! It shows he was gentle enough to build trust. He also did a great job communicating what was happening throughout the week.”

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and grew up with both dogs and cats. I also have my own rabbit, Snoopy, so I understand how important it is to have someone trustworthy caring for your pet. I have experience pet sitting for friends and family and am especially comfortable with large breeds including pit bulls, Dobermans, German Shepherds, and huskies. I’m comfortable administering medication when needed and staying calm in emergency situations. I’m very attentive to pets and good at noticing when something seems off, and I’m comfortable communicating concerns quickly and getting veterinary care if needed. I will care for your pets like they’re my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I work full-time as an Operations Manager, but pet care fits easily into my routine! I’m available before and after (& during lunch break if needed!!) work for walks, feeding, playtime, medications, and lots of attention. I am also available overnights! I make pet care a priority and will always communicate my schedule clearly so your pet gets reliable, loving care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I will follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special instructions. I’m very attentive and good at noticing when something seems off, and I will always communicate updates or concerns quickly. I’m comfortable administering medication when needed and staying calm in emergency situations if they arise. I will treat your home and pets with the same care, love, and respect I would want for my own. I also know how hard it can be being away from your pet (I’m definitely that pet parent too with my rabbit, Snoopy 😂), so I’m always happy to send plenty of photo and video updates for extra peace of mind!
New Franklin cat parents share their Rover experiences
Willow did amazing with my baby Fluffy. He’s extremely shy and skittish, but he was just recently diagnosed with diabetes and I needed someone familiar with the injection process to stop by and give him his shots while my dad watched the other animals. Fluffy certainly did not make it easy on her by hiding and running the entire time, but she was still able to ensure he got his injections as needed and sent photos of him and the other babies while I was away. I would definitely hire her again if I ever need another pet sitter!
