She is very knowledgeable about their needs and behavior and even gives us tips and tricks when aren’t sure what to do or when their behavior changes. After having a baby, our pets began acting out and having accidents. Amber gave us the best advice (better than our vet did!). She helped us understand what was going on, how to best give them the attention they needed, and how to adjust their behavior. We don’t trust anyone else with our fur babies! He always takes her for long walks (sometimes runs) and lets her sniff and explore to her hearts content to tire her out. I appreciate how attentive he is to her, particularly on walks, where she can pull a lot when there's squirrels and other animals around. I always trust him to keep Moxie happy and safe.”

My family has a German Shepherd and black lab and she treats them like her own. She buys them toys when we visit and gives them so much attention. She is very responsible and compassionate with pets and loves dogs more than anything.”

About: I have taken care of pets all my life, not only my pets at my house but I have taken care of neighbors pets, other family members pets, etc. I work Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4pm so when I get off at 4 I’m available for any pet care needs such as walking, or house sitting. My dog at my house as a nice big yard he can run around and play in, we take him to the park often, if you don’t have a him yard for you’re dog to play in I’m fine with taking you’re dog to the park or walks if needed. I’ve taken care of both of my cats for years, one of my cats has diabetes and receives insulin shots daily which I’m fine with administering and can do the same for your pet if needed.

“Samantha was Fabulous!! It was like having a Family member be at our home and watch the dogs. She arrived promptly, and the dogs took to her instantly, so did I! We have two large older dogs, and my daughter's 4 year old, diabetic dog were at our house so we could go out to dinner. With her background in emergency care, she clearly understood giving insulin. Our usually aloof male Lab, planted himself on the couch to be next to her, a doggie thumbs up! Throughout the evening, she sent pictures, and kept us abreast of what they were doing, and where they settled in. It was nice to be able to go out with the whole family and not be worried about what they dogs were up to, or if their needs were being met. We have already booked her for our larger Group outing for the Holidays...Samantha is a gem!”

About: For as long as I can remember there has been a dog or cat in my home. I have had the privilege of being a pet owner and caring for animals that have brought me nothing but joy. There is nothing quite comparable to the love you have for your fur baby and I can ensure that I will take care of your babies as I would my own. I have experience with both small and large dog breeds as well as a lot of experience caring for cats. Currently, I am a Park Naturalist and work five days a week from 7:30AM to 4PM. I am available after 5PM on weekdays and am available for full days and overnights on weekends. I do work the occasional weekend, but that will always be reflected in my availability calendar. The animals in my home are of the utmost priority to me and it would be the same in your home. I know how hard it can be to leave your animal for the weekend or even just the day, but to know they are with someone who would care for them the way you would makes all the difference and I can ensure that I can be that person for you.

About: Originally from Memphis, TN, then lived in Florida now for 15 years. I grew up with dogs, and got cats when I was 18 just before I started college. I have a very flexible schedule and often can work last minute. I look forward to spoiling your pups and kitties. I’m currently a stay at home wife with a very flexible schedule, this allows me to often work last minute when needed. I look forward to caring for your fur babies! I make sure to enter carefully, to prevent the pet from getting out the door. I provide food and water, as directed by the owner. I use appropriate leash or harness when going out for the walk. I am mindful around water, to ensure your pet doesn’t get completely soaked outdoors. I will provide medications if necessary. And lastly, I will love on your fur babies giving them all the attention they need.
