“We have a 7 year old Saint Bernard (Maple) that we rescued when she was 4 years old. Unfortunately, Maple has a lot of life experience prior to us knowing her that leads her to be reactive to dogs, cats and some people that she has not met yet. Maple is 130 pounds, so walking Maple is an event that requires a lot of attention. We wanted to be as honest with Alexandria as possible and basically told her all of the horror stories. Alexandria happily responded with, "That's no problem at all." We set up a meet and greet and Alexandria was happy to take time out of her day and take extra time to make sure that Maple was comfortable when meeting. While we were away, Alexandria sent us multiple updates on Maple's status (which is usually sleeping) and all sorts of photos of our baby! Alexandria even let us know that Maple played with her and allowed Alexandria to give her belly rubs which is her true sign of being comfortable. This was our first experience with Rover. We were super reluctant to use it because of Maple being large and reactive but we could not be happier with Alexandria and the way she took care of Maple. We will 100% be hiring Alexandria again and cannot recommend her services enough! Everyone using Rover should be hiring Alexandria without a doubt. Thank you Alexandria!”

We booked for house sitting just a couple weeks ago when we planned to bring both our disabled senior dog Max and Bennie . At the time we asked for help with taking special care of Max, repositioning and taking him out every couple hours during our time at Church Retreat. Sadly Max passed before our trip, Phillip was kind enough to still be willing to hang out with Bennie as we were staying at an Airbnb that normally doesn’t allow pets and had given us permission since we have a sitter and a crate for him. Philip was so thoughtful and kind to our Bennie making sure he felt secure and loved. About: i’ve been taking care of my dog since i was nine she sadly passed away in february 2023 and since then i’ve been dog sitting. i love seeing all the different personalities and getting to know them. i’ve also volunteered at shelters and in high school i did ctc for veterinary technician. i believe Good pet sitting combines animal care, communication, safety awareness, and professionalism. i can promise i will take good care of your animals and make sure they are loved and happy while ur gone.❤️ i currently work part time at a retirement home. i work early in the mornings so dont worry i will still have all day to make sure ur pets a well taken cared of. i have a big back yard very good for playing fetch. i also love going on hikes and walks. i know that every dog is different so if you do decide to book me please let me know there feeding schedule and when u take them out and i will make sure they are well taken cared for.
