About: I am an animal lover and long time dog owner. I am currently living in an apartment which does not allow pets. I understand the anxiety that comes with leaving your fur baby behind while traveling or for a long day at work or play. I would like to provide for you the peace of mind required to relax and know your pet is under the very best care. My work schedule is very flexible. I am available most days, evenings and overnighters if need be. My weekends are also open for scheduling purposes. I am unable to care for pets at my apartment but I am more than happy to care for your pets in their own environment in your home. My college degree in Animal Science taught me the background information needed to care for medically complex animals, such as dogs with diabetes or cats with FeLV or FIV. When I was younger I was a part of the 4H club near home, which is a national club that supports the welfare of all animals through donations and events. I have owned 7 dogs, 3 cats, 2 rabbits and a hamster throughout my life and have been providing care to all animals for many years now. I am a nature lover, and I appreciate all pets of all kinds. I am looking to help those in need, and enjoy spending time with any animals I can. I am a teacher during the school year, free on the weekends and have open availability during the summer! (: I am a teacher, so over the summer months I have open availability! But during the school year I am available for overnights on the weekends, and anytime after 3pm on weekdays for drop ins, walks, feedings, ect, and anytime on the weekends! I have experience with crate training, leash training, feeding/treats, administering medication, working with special needs pets, walking multiple dogs at once, and nervous pets. I promise to always provide a gentle, yet confident environment for you and your pet/s. But meeting Sylvan instantly put my mind at ease—I could tell right away that she’s a true animal lover. She was incredibly kind and flexible, and I appreciated how she sent lots of updates and pictures during her visits. She really went the extra mile when my cat had a few accidents on the carpet, bringing her own carpet cleaner to tackle the stains. Plus, she noticed a large knot that had formed on his neck and took care of it, which was such a relief since my cat has long hair and requires regular grooming. By the end of my trip, my cat had totally warmed up to her and was even purring during her visits. I’m so grateful for Sylvan and I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again in the future!”

About: Animals are such an extension of family and should be treated as such. I've had dogs and other animals through the years and provided general care & SO much love. I'm open to special needs animals whether medications or other, I'll learn anything to help care for an animal. I'd spend all my time with animals if I could but my availability is primarily Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday. I work in emergency services which can make other days questionable due to my schedule being able to change last minute, though I am flexible and will work with my clients the best .. just ask! I have worked in a doggy daycare so I have experience with several breeds and situations. How you want your pet cared for is how I will care for them. I'm an "animal spoiler" they deserve to be spoiled since all they do is LOVE us, it's the least we can do. There is no shortage of love and attentiveness with animals when it comes to me.

About: I am an approved veterinary assistant by NAVTA (National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America). Throughout the past year I have learned about all different types of animals and their behaviors through both didactic learning and hands on rotating clinical experience. My rotations include animal husbandry, surgery, oncology, physical therapy, recovery, radiology, ultrasound, and so much more. I am an aspiring veterinarian and currently an undergrad majoring in biology. I am currently working part time which gives me plenty of time to spend with your pups! About: Hi there! My name is Kristin and I have a lifelong passion for all animals. Growing up on a horse farm, I was surrounded by various animals and always had cats and dogs as pets. Outside of having pets growing up, I have helped out friends and family members with dog, cat, and house sitting for them over the past 10+ years. I have experience with a variety of breeds, ranging from big breeds such as Pitbulls and Boxers to smaller breeds like Yorkies and Jack Russells. I care for all animals with all my heart and your pets will be in loving hands with me! I work full time in Monmouth county, so weekends would be ideal for me. However, if your pet doesn't need to go out as frequently, I can definitely help out during the week. I am typically out of the house between 10am-6pm, so I can play with/walk/feed them before or after those times. Weekends are totally open for me so I can do whatever your pet needs. In my client's home, I will follow their typical routine and do whatever they do to care for their pets. I always respect their home and make sure I leave it as clean as possible.
