I grew up raising and showing rabbits and chickens through 4-H and have experience caring for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish, small mammals, and farm animals. You name it, I either have it or love it. I am a dog breeder and have hands-on experience caring for newborn puppies, senior pets, and animals with special needs. I’ve also interned at veterinary offices, volunteered at animal shelters, and helped rescue, foster, and socialize kittens for adoption. In addition to caring for healthy pets, I have extensive experience with orphaned, injured, and medically fragile animals. My background includes caring for bottle babies, syringe feeding, tube feeding, administering subcutaneous fluids, deworming, parasite treatment, basic wound care, and supporting animals through illness and recovery. I have also worked with feral kittens, helping them learn to trust people and transition into loving homes. I work from home, which allows me to provide plenty of supervision, potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or prefers a slower pace, I will tailor their care to their individual needs. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I treat every animal as if they were my own and strive to provide a stress-free experience while you’re away. I understand that every pet is unique, and I am committed to providing compassionate, reliable care that gives owners peace of mind. BOARDING REQUIREMENTS Before booking, I ask that all dogs be up-to-date on their vaccines and current on flea and tick prevention. Please make sure your dog’s Rover profile is fully completed so I can provide the best care possible. For everyone’s safety, I only accept dogs that are friendly and do well around other dogs. If your dog is selective, reactive, or has shown aggression toward other animals, my home may not be the best fit. For your dog’s stay, please bring their food, vaccination records, and any medications they may need along with clear instructions. If your dog requires a crate for sleeping or when left alone, please bring one, as I do not currently provide crates. You’re welcome to bring a favorite bed or blanket to help your dog feel more at home, although I have plenty of beds and blankets available. You do not need to bring bowls unless your dog uses a slow feeder or a special bowl. I recommend leaving favorite toys or valuable items at home. Dogs love to play, and toys can sometimes get worn out or misplaced. Don’t worry though—I have plenty of toys and enrichment activities to keep everyone entertained! My goal is to make your dog’s stay as safe, comfortable, and fun as possible while giving you peace of mind when you’re away. I work from home, which allows me to provide flexible scheduling, frequent potty breaks, regular supervision, and plenty of attention throughout the day. Because I am home most of the time, pets receive companionship, exercise, and care tailored to their individual needs and routines. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I treat every animal as if they were my own and take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and any special needs. I provide a calm, loving environment with plenty of supervision, enrichment, exercise, and affection while maintaining the safety standards and instructions provided by each owner. If your pet has temperamental issues I’m happy to crate and rotate so they have individual time and I also have a building for boarding.

About: I have taken care of fur babies since as long as I can remember! I’m currently a dog momma to a rescue named Louie, but before that I have helped care for multiple dogs and cats in my lifetime. I come from a family of animal lovers-they currently have a tortoise and a dog as well! I have house sat/walked for numerous families in my hometown, and I am looking to care for animals while in graduate school! I am a current student within the Duke school of medicine and I have a pretty flexible schedule with my afternoons free almost daily. Outside of classes, my research is on my own schedule which allows me to take care of furry friends! I am also the owner of a very sweet, very loving dog named Louie! *If you are booking house sitting* IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Since I am also a dog owner, if house sitting is a service that is being booked-you must understand that I will be bringing my dog Louie with me to house sit as well. We are a package deal! Louie is the sweetest dog you will meet and gets along great with every dog or cat he has met. If your animal may not get along well with him, or you would not want my dog in your home then please do not book a house sitting service with me! All other services I am more than happy to provide without my dog present!

About: I’ve cared for a variety of dogs and cats over the last 10 years. I have also always had dogs of my own; currently have 3 beautiful girls. I love all pets, small to big and young to old. Athletic enough for young ones’ energy and gentle enough for seniors’ care. I have a background in pet health care and have also worked at a kennel in the past. Taking care of your animals wouldn’t even be a service to me; my love for them makes it easy. I work full time, but depending on location would be able to do walks or drop-in visits on my lunch breaks. As well as before or after work, if needed. I am available for house sitting pretty much any day of the week with at least 1-day notice. I have adequate knowledge on when a dog may be feeling stressed or threatened and know how to handle the situation accordingly. I can crate your dogs, if required. I do my absolute best to avoid distractions while on walks.

About: I have been around dogs throughout my entire life and I love dogs very much! I know how to care, feed, play, clean and love dogs the proper way! I am a teacher during the day, so I will be available to walk, play, or visit your dog any day starting at 5pm.
