I currently work part-time on the weekends so I will have plenty of time for your pets. On the weekdays I am available all day and on the weekends I am available after 2pm. When caring for pets in their home, I start by following their usual routines for feeding, walks, and playtime to minimize stress. I pay close attention to any signs of discomfort or illness, and know the location of their vet and emergency contacts. Also, I maintain the cleanliness of their space by cleaning up after them and keeping their areas tidy.

About: I've owned animals my whole life, and have a current puppy myself. I have patience if your cat/dog requires potty training. If you want I can teach your dog tricks. I have trained my family dogs as well as mine. I have plenty of toys!. I am pretty much available every weekend and any time I am not at work. I am very organized and can make sure to tend to your pets needs as if it were my own!:) I don't watch other animals during the week because I have an 8-5. But on the weekends I don't have anything so they have my undivided attention. I have my own apartment, and there sidewalks to take them on walks. Pets are allowed on the furniture. There is lots of areas for them to do their business. There several dog parks in my community for them to play. I have my own pupper and she is my child. I always make sure she is taken care of daily and I will treat your pet as such. I have a large apartment by myself with my puppy girl Daisy. I have a fenced patio for sunbathing and there is a dog park for doggos to run around and play.

“Jodie was fantastic! I couldn’t be more pleased with the way he took care of my house and my two kittens while I was out of town for eight days. It’s really hard to find a good cat sitter, but Jodie is definitely a cat guy and completely understood my kittens. One of my kittens is very shy, and Jodie made sure that she was eating, was healthy and comfortable. The other kitten is a total extrovert and Jodie even brought a new fun toy for her to play with which she absolutely loved. Jodie kept me updated and sent pictures and videos to help set my mind at ease during our first Rover experience together. When I came home, the house was tidy, cat boxes were cleaned, and food dishes filled – – along with everything being swept and clean. Jodie even washed the bedding and towels from his stay, and had them neatly folded. About: I have over half a decade of veterinary experience and a lifetime of various animal experience (dogs, cats, reptiles, equine, chickens). I am currently a canine training partner for an independent canine detection company where we use positive reinforcement training methods (treats, toys, touch/pets. Whatever the dog prefers) I am currently working as a canine training partner at an independent small company. We get our projects through contracts which given the current cuts to the budget and departments have been temporarily cut and delayed and until further notice will need to find other work I am comfortable with administering medications (oral, topical, injectable, etc), have an understanding of medication and some diseases/ailments our loved fur ones may be inflicted with. I am willing to drive 2-3 times a day to care for your pet and have car crash safety kennels in my vehicle if ever needed for transportation in case of emergencies (but hopefully not of course).

About: I lived on a farm my entire life and have a lot of experience with animals!! We never had less than 3 dogs at a time when i was growing up as well as cats and horses. I cant wait to take care of your sweet animals! I currently work as a home care attendant. I am at home for most of the day besides a few mornings. My schedule is open and perfect for pet care!
