“Kimberly welcomed our large energetic dog, Star, into her home and cared for her well. Star came home happy and cleaner than when we dropped her off. (-; Kimberly has lots of space for the dogs to run and play. We felt very comfortable leaving Star with her for the week.”

“We are from out of town and staying in the area for the summer, so we were a little hesitant at first to leave our goldendoodle with someone since we don’t know anyone in the area. We came across Janet on the website and were struck by the number of repeat customers she had. Janet was wonderful from the first time we met her to when we picked our dog up. Our dog takes a few minutes to warm up to new dogs and Janet was so patient with her. My husband and I were both very impressed with how well Janet knows her stuff. We really appreciated the pictures she sent to us while we were gone. I would highly recommend Janet for dog daycare and/or over night care. We would gladly leave our dog with her again.”

“I felt confident leaving Ernie with Mark while on vacation. Ernie was well-taken of, received lots of attention and care. I appreciated the updates, as I missed my little buddy. Highly recommend Mark!”

“We went away for one week and it was so comforting to receive the daily pics of our pup, knowing he was in a safe and loving environment. We could really enjoy our daughters wedding without a worry.”

“Beth is a fabulous dog sitter/boarder. She took such great care of our dog, sent pics, and communicated daily. She responds promptly, is very personable and kind, and our dog had a great time at her house. We won't consider going to anyone else!”

“Brynna and her husband are AMAZING!! This was the first time I was away from my puppy and he looked so happy the whole time. I got him home and he has been passed out!! He got so much energy out and was able to be socialized with their hilarious chewy. Will absolutely use them again!”

“He did a pretty good job taking care of my dog. He was attentive to my dog’s needs, made sure he was well-fed and even spent time playing with him. Also, he successfully kept my dog distracted from the fireworks (it was New Year’s Eve when we booked this Rover). It was clear that he genuinely cared, and I felt at ease knowing my dog was in good hands.”

About: I have had animals my whole life, particularly cats and dogs. I am comfortable working with medium and large breed dogs, high energy pets, senior animals, or pets with medical needs. I have helped family and neighbors care for their fur babies and would love the opportunity to help others! I specialize in caring for senior/special needs pets. I had two cats with varying degrees of kidney disease which required special diets and constant monitoring. They made frequent messes so I'm not afraid to clean up pet accidents. I'm happy to help any animals that need some extra care. I am available most weekends and holidays to care for your pet. Dogs staying at my house get potty breaks as often as possible. There will be lots of playtime and naps for both dogs and cats throughout the day. Dog walks will take place when the weather is decent and typically in the afternoon/evening. If I go out for errands, dogs are expected to stay in a crate (exceptions are considered. Please reach out for more details). Any animal that stays with us will be treated like family. Meet and greets are highly recommend for all services to make sure owner(s), sitter, and animals feel comfortable with one another. Dog Boarding/Day Care: I have a large fenced yard and three high energy pups that would enjoy having new friends to play with. I have lots of toys from stuffed to plastic to rope toys to keep them entertained. Dogs should be crate trained in case I need to leave for an errand (exceptions are considered. Please reach out for more details). Dogs must be okay around cats as they may interact with them when they are in the house. Dogs MUST be okay around children as I have a toddler (the child will never be alone with the dog). Dog Walking: We can walk around the neighborhood or go to a park. I will NEVER go to a dog park. I will only bring my dogs along for a walk if approved by the owner. Vaccines: All animals that enter my home must be up-to-date on vaccines. Dogs MUST have rabies and bordetella (kennel cough) vaccines. Owners must provide vaccination records for confirmation. All animals must be treated for fleas and ticks (as a precaution). This is a year-round requirement. I highly recommend Elanco K9 Advantix II for dogs. If needed, I can provide the medicine and apply to the pet for an additional cost (please reach out for more details). Drop Ins: I'm happy to stay for as short or long as needed to take care of the pet (feed, water, potty break, scoop litter box, administer medicine, etc.) and give them attention.

“Heather and family took excellent care of my 2 year old yellow lab for ten days. She has two large labs herself and they all played delightfully. My lab also learned the joys of being around young children (or grandchildren), which will serve him well in the future. Heather was flexible about a false alarm health issue my lab had around departure time, which I much appreciated. My dog was returned trim and happy. He misses his play buddies.”

About: I have calm demeanor that puts even high strung and super protective dogs at ease. Older dogs and I get along well, with their special needs, and their quirky ways. We seem to get each other. I've had the great pleasure of getting to spend a lot of time with older dogs who need. My schedule is very flexible and am in a very dog friendly neighborhood. I am all about camaraderie, positive feedback and consistency. We co-care for a 6 year old pup with my in-laws and just recently lost our tabby brothers. They were 18 and passed away within 6 months of each other. Returning to Rover after a break during the pandemic. I am very happy to adopt whatever training regimes you've established. Looking forward to meeting the four-legged member of your family. I work from home so I have a very flexible schedule. I try to keep my availiblity consistant for both the security and routine of the dogs and for my own planning. We have had cats and dogs and our home is pretty well pet proofed. Tailoring my care of your pet to their specific needs is really the name of the game. Their care is about their needs, not really about any notions I have.

“Shawna was amazing! Our dog Teeter and required some extra attention during her stay due to medical issues and Shawna managed it all super great! I highly recommend Shawna! Her place is a doggie paradise and she is a highly capable sitter!”

About: I have a loving home with 2 friendly, adorable dogs and 1 friendly cat. I take good care of them and also love the animals we come across! I work a normal Mon-Fri day job and am available outside those hours. I am caring and detail-oriented. You will be happy with the service. I will give pets the attention they need; including food, cleaning, walking and love. They will be happy with the environment that I provide them.

About: I love to make dogs happy, have fun and enjoy life! Let’s take a lot of walks, eat good treats, and get lots of pets! Through the summer months I am totally open to accept pet sitting, dog walks, feeding, check ins whatever is needed! I work part time during school season. I always use a leash when caring for others pets, unless there is a fenced, safe area. I will follow the owners guidelines, exactly. Extremely responsible.

“Carly was awesome! We needed a place to leave Buck for the night. I can tell she did her very best to make him at ease and have a good night even though he was away from his Hoomans. Would definitely use her again next time we in town”

“Juliet was a delight to work with - she was communicative and accommodating to my travel plans and schedule. She and her children are so sweet and seem like genuine dog-lovers - Scrammy was showered with attention. I will certainly connect with Juliet again when I'm back in the area and recommend her for other owners.”

About: I have cared for mostly pit bull type dogs and unwanted other dogs (seniors, chewers)- I have a lot of care and patience for animals of all kinds. I have a full time job during the week but am available weekends and some holidays if you want to go out of town. I usually feel a little guilty leaving my dogs behind while I go camping but many federal lands don’t accept dogs, even on a leash. Just know they will be cared for and played with at my house. I usually get out once a day to go to the parks with my dogs so I would love to take yours too! I feed my dogs a special dinner nightly and in the morning. They have a doggy door they go in and out of to a large fenced back yard. They are allowed on the furniture and are walked to run off leash in a park on a daily basis.

About: I have had dogs all my life - I have experience with active and energetic pups, and would love to host your fur baby. I am a very outdoorsy, active person with a flexible work schedule, making me available for the odd times you may need help with your pup. I look forward to meeting you and ensuring your dog gets all the love they deserve! I currently work 48 hour shifts with 6 days off in between, making me highly available for pet care. I love spending time outside and will make it a point to get your pup involved in outside play time. My home has a large, fenced in yard, as well as a small doggy door if needed. Living in Ellensburg near CWU, we have several parks nearby for walks and social time with other dogs.

About: I'm kind towards all animals and I feel a deep sense of responsibility for those in my care. I currently have a small dog. Check the pictures here. I'm retired and available to watch a dog or two in my home. I would be able to give your dog my full attention for most of the day. The dogs I watch will be inside with me or if the weather is suitable in my fenced backyard. The yard is fairly small and well shaded.
