I would highly recommend Lily to anyone looking for pet care!! She was communicative, professional and flexible, and Melo loved her from the start! She was open to all of the needs I requested and made sure Melo got the care he needed the entire stay. She even went out of her way for our meet and greet which was super appreciated! She sent updates and photos during the stay and I felt 100% comfortable knowing Melo was in good hands. Will definitely book again!
Reptar had a great time with Emily. We met outside of her apartment, Reptar (an anxious dog) was initially a little reactive from the busyness of street and all the people walking nearby but when he saw Emily, he was quick to calmly warm up to her. Reptar wasted no time exploring her apartment as I set up his crate, Emily had no problem with him jumping up on her couch (appreciate that for him). Emily sent check ins throughout the overnight stay to let me know he was settling in and how he was doing. Upon pick up, she had him all set outside of her apartment when I arrived, allowing for a smooth transition.

My anxious dog settled in beautifully with Frank and his two little dogs, allowing me to enjoy a worry-free two week vacation. Frank sent updates with photos which greatly reassured me that all was going even better than hoped. Honey clearly enjoyed a relaxing time with Frank in his home and made new friends with his dogs.
