About: I have 16+ experience taking care of many animals - almost 10 of those years spent working in the veterinary field as an emergency/ critical care veterinary technician. I am trustworthy, reliable, and have a genuine love for all animals. You can trust that your fur baby/ babies will be cared for as if they are my own! I am a stay at home mama of 2 little ones and have much open availability to do drop in visits in the surrounding area. I am happy to care for your pet in the exact way you wish for them to be cared for. I believe while owners are away, it makes it easier on the animal keeping their routine as normal/ the same as possible.

About: I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats and have always been the go-to pet sitter for friends and family. I have experience with everything from energetic puppies to chill senior cats, and I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, cleaning up messes, and giving meds if needed. I truly love spending time with animals and treat every pet like they’re my own. Whether it’s a quick walk or a full weekend of care, I’m here to help and make your pet feel safe and happy. I am a college student with only a babysitting job at the moment! I can do early mornings, any time after 5pm and any time on the weekends! Caring for pets means ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times. I maintain a calm, clean environment, follow routines, and build trust through gentle, attentive care. I respect each pet’s unique needs, provide proper food, water, and exercise, and stay alert for any signs of stress or illness. Whether in my home or a client’s, I prioritize security (closed gates/doors, safe toys) and maintain clear communication with owners.

“Amy is wonderful!! Amy started walking our dog a few weeks she had a great interest in learning his personality and his behaviors. He has adapted very well to Amy. You can tell she is a dog lover!! Very easy to get to know! Otto is looking forward to his next play date with Amy!”

“Heather was awesome! I had my travel plans change last minute and she was unbelievably flexible. I have a very anxious senior dog and a hesitant cat and came home to two very happy animals. Also great communication throughout the entire process !”

“Tommy is really awesome! I really appreciate the updates during her walks while I’m at work. He makes sure my dog uses the bathroom each visit and that’s a relief for me. Thanks for being so great with Luna I’m sure she looks forward to every walk!!”

About: I have had cats and dogs my whole life, and started sitting over a decade ago. I will always meet your pet where they are in terms of their need for attention and affection. I have experience in giving liquid and pill meds, as well as IV fluids to cats. I am an active person, and have no problem with log walks or runs for dogs. My schedule is flexible, so I can adapt to a variety of needs. I am a professor with a flexible schedule and work primarily from home, especially in the summer, so I can typically adapt my schedule to what your needs are. I will always respect both your home, and your pets needs in your home. I know that your home is their territory, and I am a guest to them, so I will never force myself on to them or into a space they may not want me in.

About: I have taken care of dogs for family, friends, and neighbors for dozens of years. I am patient and also athletic, and not afraid of scooping poo. Meticulous and responsible, I strive to continue to follow your schedule to ensure your pet(s) receive The Best Care. Ready to walk, play and keep a healthy routine for fur babies. I understand how important it is for pets to be loved and treated kindly. I own 2 middle-aged cats, so home pet care isn’t an option. However, I am very active and can walk long distances and keep your pet comfortable and happy during walks and visits.

“John went above and beyond taking care of my pup while I was away. He did such a huge favor for me, and I'm very appreciative for his services. He took care of my pup like she was his own. I didn't have a single worry knowing he was looking after her. Thanks again John!”

“Ash did an amazing job walking my two dogs this week. They took to her immediately (which was a great relief to me since one of my dogs suffers from extreme separation anxiety). She took them for long walks on the beach every day, which they both love so much. I will definitely use her again whenever I need a dog walker! I highly recommend her!”

About: I have experience with owning a large breed & love all dogs. I’ve been the household “dog person” my whole life—I am always watching family dogs, taking walks, or snuggling a fur baby! I am looking for part time work, however in the mean time I am an open book! I am available anytime, most days out of the week. I would be happy to fit your dog into my schedule! I do not offer services in my own home, but I am willing and able to drive to you! I can take your dog on walks, play fetch in the backyard, potty breaks, or cuddles!

About: I am a nurturer by nature and am a Registered Nurse. In the later part of my career I worked in labor and delivery and took care of mothers and newborns, and I have to say when I got the chance to help deliver a litter of puppies, it was just as exciting! So since I no longer work in the nursing field, and I don’t have my patients to spend my time caring for, I’ve now decided that since I love animals so much it’s time to spend all my extra time spoiling them, caring for them, and just loving on them. As a child, I grew up always having a dog and a cat in the house and then when I left the nest, my husband and I started out with one dog and we eventually ended up with three. Still I find there’s plenty of space in my heart to get to know even more. Our oldest golden retriever boy takes seizures, so I am comfortable taking care of dogs that do have a history of seizures. I am also comfortable giving medications. I will always make it a point to send photos to mom and dad so you can see how your fur babies are doing. This way when you’re away from your fur baby you’ll still feel comfortable. Just one thing I wanted to mention. I enjoy taking dogs for walks however I am not able to walk a large strong dog that pulls. I have no problem pet sitting a large dog if they have a fenced in yard and I would not have to walk them. However, I just would not feel safe walking them as I would feel that there could possibly be a chance that they would pull too hard and possibly either knock me down or get loose. However, like I said, I do love my big dogs. I just feel for safety sake. I wanted to put out that information. My schedule is almost completely free except for an occasional appointment here or there which I usually know well in advance. I’m available for drop ins and overnight stays as well. The only other commitment I have is I usually photograph the dogs at a local shelter once a week to help them get adopted. Unfortunately, at this time, I cannot care for pets in my home as my senior dog is recovering from cancer and he has become a little bit grumpy with dogs that he does not know. I have no problem caring for your pet in your own home, which I believe is actually often the best scenario as it seems to make things less stressful overall for your pets while you’re away from them. I can follow whatever routine your pet is used to and whatever instructions you leave.

“Excellent care and service provided by Barry for an unusual and slightly needy cat/dog pair. I will not hesitate to hire him again!”

“My husband and I are very thankful for having Cherish walk our beagle while I was at work, and my husband was temporarily disabled due to a recent surgery. Our beagle has lots of energy, so walks are essential for her during the daytime. Thank you Cherish!”

About: I’ve been a dogfather for the last 30 years! I’ve owned and trained a variety of breeds since I was 10 years old! I have never not owned or watched a dog in my life. All of mine I’ve had since they were small pups, all the way to mature seniors! I understand the needs of your canine companion will differ dog to dog, but I am available for walks, short or long. Do they like to play ball? Me too! Heck, I’ll even take them on a jog if they want to run with me! If not I’ll be happy just to give them a good belly rub! I’ve worked with dogs during rehabilitation, and post surgery. Giving medications are also not an issue, I even have experience with Subcutaneous injections. Whatever your pup needs, I’ll be happy to do for them with an incredibly flexible schedule!! I work part time, I make my own hours and am looking for ways to change careers and work remotely to open up my schedule more for both positions. I have a fenced yard, on an acre lot. I have three dogs that are varying ages. Some need very little exercise, others need more. I prefer to keep pets leashed for safety when I am out with them.

About: After my King Charles Cavalier, Dakota, sadly passed away in 2021, I’ve missed the joy that caring for dogs brought me. I’ve dogsat for friends and family since then, and I stop to pet every pup I see on the street. I’m a responsible, detail-oriented, recent college grad looking to earn money for grad school and would be honored to meet your pet’s unique needs! Currently in between my undergrad and grad education this summer, I have a lot of free time to provide high quality pet care. I’m available on most weekdays at anytime, morning, afternoon, or evening. For drop-in visits and walks, I’m aware that I would be entering your dog’s territory. I would ensure that doors are locked and secure when out of the house with your pet, and to leave their setup exactly the way I found it.

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mary as a dog sitter! From the moment we met her, it was clear she has a true gift with animals. With three dogs of her own, she’s not only experienced—she’s deeply in tune with what dogs need to feel happy, safe, and loved. Mary is incredibly caring and attentive. She took the time to learn my pup’s personality, routines, and quirks, and made sure every little detail was just right—from feeding schedules to playtime. I got regular updates, photos, and could tell my dog was not just being looked after, but genuinely loved. She treats every dog as if they were her own. Mary’s calm energy and thoughtful approach made a world of difference for my anxious dog. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond for your pup, Mary is the one.
