She came as scheduled and took great care of my babies like they were her own - fed them, lived on them, let them out for potty. She took pics and keep in touch with the details of the visits. Very confident and comfortable with my larger (70 lb) but very friendly pups. She let me know one of them had an accident and took care of cleaning that up for me (so sorry, thank you so much). I will definitely be in touch for the next time I need care for my pups. Thanks again!”

We were also informed with pictures and any issues that occurred with Cookie. She had an accident outside of her box and Valerie cleaned it up and made sure we were aware of it. “Ashley loves animals. I've heard so many stories about how from her early childhood she has been a responsible and eager pet owner, with cats, dogs, and even a rabbit amongst her furry friends. She has also long been a champion for animals who have not been as well loved. I have seen her affection firsthand over the past decade through both her care for her own cats as well as her consistent support of friends, whose pets she has cared for when they've traveled. Ashley and I met in 2014, and ended up becoming roommates for nearly 2 years. We shared our space with her beloved rescue cat, Kitten. Ashley's previous experience working in a specialty pet goods store (where she gained a deep understanding of pet health, nutrition, and care) as well as her deep love for Kitten made her an incredibly responsive and loving pet parent, deeply attuned to the needs of her pet as well as those of our friends'. She has since also rescued another cat, who she carefully and sweetly introduced to Kitten (who remains the queen of all :-). Ashley has been our friends' #1 choice of pet sitter for the entire time I've known her, repeatedly being asked back to pet sit by multiple friends, especially with their cats. Everyone knows that when Ashley is in charge, their pets will be fed and medicated appropriately, but also that she'll make time to play and engage, to ensure that pets also have their emotional needs tended to while the pet parents are away. Ashley is also incredibly tidy, careful, and communicative. I cannot imagine a better pet sitter (and I would trust her with my human child as well!).”
