That level of care meant a lot to my wife and I. He took great care of Lennon. He took her on long walks, sat with her outside and gave her plenty of company. Charles is a dependable professional! This was my first time ever using a pet sitter and I was a little anxious, I was worried my dogs might not behave perfectly and I was generally nervous about someone coming and staying at my house while I was not there. Dawn is an exceptional person and when we met up for a meet and greet, I told her about my fears and she was very understanding. She helped to settle my concerns and she even came over to my home a little early to meet with my animals and to allow them to acclimate to her presence. THEN, she proceeded to send me pictures and updates on my babies while I was away. 10/10. Absolutely adore her. About: I have been in the pet-sitting scene for 3 years now! Started with friends and family, then branched out from there! I've learned how to care for a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, and my favorite type of pet: rodents (Guinea Pigs are the Best!). Taken care of older pets that need medications and careful care, as well as young and energetic pets that need some more playtime and enrichment! I believe one of the most important skills to have to be a great pet sitter is proper and clear communication with the owners. I communicate how often an owner would want! I would communicate with videos and pictures of your pet's adventures, or communicate any concerns if any arise. I want to make sure that while you're away, you can rest easy knowing your pet is safe and happy! :) I do work part-time as of right now, typically working 15-25 hours a week. I mostly work morning shifts from 10:30-5:00, but usually leave an hour early. If you need me to stay most of the day, please let me know at least a month in advance; I would happily take off work! There are a few things I would like to know about your furry little friend: 1. How often do they need to go out? 2. How much enrichment do they need? 3. Do they take any medication? 4. Do they have any triggers I should be concerned about? 5. Do they have a good understanding of commands? (It's ok if not :3) 6. How long can they be left alone? About: I’ve always had a special place in my heart for dogs since I was a child. I’ve been around all types of dogs big and small love them all. I have lots of experience with senior dogs (such as giving multiple types of medications) I am not currently working at the moment so I am free basically 24/7.
