About: We had a dog for 17 years that passed away earlier this year at the age of 19 (able to care for a senior dog). He was adopted from Southern Indiana Animal Rescue. About: I’ve always been known to have a dog by my side. They were my family and they came first. I cared for them through every stage of life - some adopted as puppies and others rescued in old age. I've trained puppies and administered medications. After loving and losing many dogs, I made a thoughtful decision not to adopt again.
