Jennifer was amazing with Rocco. She sent pics and videos, made sure he had water and food. He enjoyed the walks and play time. Will definitely recommend and ask her to watch Rocco again.

About: I have been pet sitting since I was 12 years old and have experience with all different types of animals: dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, and small animals like chinchillas, hamsters and birds. In addition to pet sitting, I have a long work history in the vet field working as a veterinary assistant, so I am able to administer medications and work with senior dogs or dogs with disabilities. I also have extensive dog training experience from training pets in basic obedience to task trained service animals. I absolutely love animals, and love helping other families with their amazing pets. Dog training and boarding are my full time jobs, so I am always around to ensure your pets have the absolute best care. Meaning lots of play time, time outside, and tons of cuddles. I myself have four very well behaved and friendly dogs at home, one being my medical alert service dog. I also have a dog room set up specifically for pups, where they can play or take a nap on huge dog bed. Ruffland Kennels are available for crating as well if your pet is crate trained. While our yard is not fenced, Dogs are always leashed or on a long line and supervised while outside. I also have a slat mill and dog pacer treadmill to provide plenty of exercise during inclement weather. I can also provide plenty of enrichment via puzzle toys, lick mats and kongs which is important for mental stimulation.

About: Hi! I’m Alison, but most people call me Alie. I’ve grown up around pets my whole life—everything from hamsters, guinea pigs, and rabbits to cats, geckos, and of course dogs of all sizes. I’ve raised dogs from puppies all the way through their senior years, and I’ve also adopted shelter dogs. My early experience comes from helping at the animal hospital where my mom worked, and that taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, and compassion in caring for animals. I’m 40, have a degree in Elementary Education, and work full time. Outside of work, I spend most of my free time with my own dog, Sammy. We go hiking, kayaking, walking in the woods, and even out on the river together—he’s truly part of the family. That same love and dedication is what I bring to caring for your pets. ⸻ My Care Style • I treat pets like family, making sure they get plenty of love, attention, and activity. • I follow your pet’s routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. • Walks, playtime, and enrichment are always part of the day. • I can take pets on fun outings like park walks, trips to Lowe’s/Home Depot, or pet stores if requested. • Safety is a top priority—I drive a mid-sized SUV with a hammock in the back seat to protect pets during travel. ⸻ Availability • I work on Ft.Knox, I can walk and/or do check-ins on weekdays if you live on post (weekends also of course) • I live in Elizabethtown, I can assist in the surrounding areas before or after work hours, on my way to and from work • Weekends not limited and can accommodate anything including house sitting. ⸻ Helpful Info I’d Like to Know To provide the best care, I ask pet parents to share: • Any food or toy aggression triggers • If your pet dislikes being touched in certain areas • How they behave with kids, loud noises, or other pets • Whether they’re comfortable in new environments or around stairs • Any allergies, health issues, or special routines The more I know, the better I can make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. My daily schedule is basically built around my two dogs, and caring for them isn’t something I would consider as “fitting-in”, they are my routine. My friend tells me that I have an “unnecessary amount of empathy” for my dogs. I don’t care for my dog, or any pet, like normal people do. I treat animals as my kids and love to see them happy, healthy, and in a good home ( mine has the tv on when I go to work). If I’m caring for another’s pet, Sammy usually goes to his grandmas so your pet can have my full attention. If I am caring for a pet in a clients home, I’m flexible and will accommodate the pets usual schedule, plus anything extra such as taking them to the park, to Lowe’s or Home Depot to walk around, or a pet store. I have a mid sized SUV and I use a hammock in my back seat to prevent injuries in the event of any accidents.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats my whole life. I grew up on a farm, and love all animals. I watch my friends and families dogs regularly; walking, feeding, and bathing their four legged family members I do work from 8-330 Monday-Friday, but have an 1.5hour lunch daily, and always have free time after work. Outside of work, I just spend time with my dog. I have a fenced in yard, 4 year old Australian Shepard mix that loves other dogs. Tons of toys, and activities to keep your pups busy.

About: I am an animal lover and have voluntarily trained animals while working in the ARMY. I establish a " sense of security" for the animals with training and intuition , that has developed over my life experiences handling animals. I enjoy seeing the happiness in my own pets; for instance, after a hike. I will treat your pets with compassion and as if they are a ' part ' of my family , while they are in my care. I love dogs and cats and am looking forward to walking, training and allowing my own dog, Precious , to have socialization with other animals. I trained Precious to co habitat with cats. She is well behaved around all types of others , people and animals.

About: Hi! I’m Erin, a lifelong animal lover who’s been surrounded by pets for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a home full of cats and dogs, and I can’t imagine life without them. These days, I share my home with my own furry family members, so I know firsthand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your pets like their own. Whether your pup loves long walks, your cat enjoys quiet companionship, or your senior pet needs a gentle touch, I adapt to each animal’s personality and routine. My goal is always to make them feel safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. I’m comfortable with all sizes and temperaments—from energetic puppies to shy rescues—and I’m confident managing feeding schedules, medications, and special care routines. You can count on regular photo updates, clear communication, and plenty of love for your pets while they’re in my care. My schedule is very flexible right now, so I can usually accommodate last-minute requests or regular visits. I’m available mornings, afternoons, and most evenings during the week. In a client’s home, I focus on maintaining your pet’s comfort and consistency. I follow feeding and medication schedules, keep water bowls fresh, and make sure they feel secure and loved while you’re away.

About: I’m a pre-vet student in college and I work at an Animal Clinic. I am a volunteer at the Kentucky Humane Society and have very good experience with your babies needs, management, handling, and of course love!! I have a lot of experience with older animals with giving insulin etc. And house sit for others frequently. I work Friday and Saturday so I will not be available then but Monday through Thursday I’m available after 12:30 due to class in the morning. I understand how important the safety and environment is for your baby. Making sure that no other animals (that they are not familiar with) are present is very important in maintaining safety. Always having a leash on and building trust in the correct, proper way.

About: I’ve been professionally caring for and working with animals since I was thirteen, working in my mother’s dog grooming salon. I have worked in other salons since, including a stint in a boarding facility. I started pet sitting as well, as soon as I could drive. I have experience with drop in visits and overnight stays. I can provide professional and personal references. I’m very flexible at the moment, I don’t have many prior commitments. My fiancé is able to take care of my personal dog if/when I’m away. I do everything I can to make sure both the pet and the parent are as comfortable as possible. I find that keeping pets in their familiar space can make that easier. I’d be happy to send frequent updates and photographs.

About: I have been around dogs, cats, and every other kind of animal since I was a baby. I don’t remember growing up without us ever having at least 2 or 3 dogs running around, if not more! My family also had every other kind of animal growing up - even a pet raccoon! I’m really good with animals, and I LOVE dogs and cats. I have experience with training dogs how to sit, shake hands, and lay down. I can walk dogs confidently and know that we’ll be safe in any environment. I love caring for animals and giving them my full attention!! I promise your dog or cat will want me around more! :) I am flexible right now and can take care of your pets almost any day of the week! Please see my detailed availability for more info. I would prefer to take care of your pets in an environment they already know. I am more than happy to come to your place to take care of them.

About: Hi my name is Savanna. I am unavailable during the mornings but I am available afternoons. I’m not going to say I am better than other sitters. But with my knowledge of animals and how they need to be treated, I would never do anything to make an animal feel unsafe in its home. No matter what because their feeling’s matter and they deserve the respect and love everyone else does. I am currently working part time and in the mornings so I will have the time to make sure your pets are taken care of. When in a clients home I will make sure to abide by the clients rules and how they prefer their fur baby is cared for.
