“Hayley was excellent. We were very worried about a pet sitter/walker because we are new to the area and decided to go with Hayley using Rover. She was always on time and very caring with our dogs. We would certainly be using her again in the future.”
“Miriam was an awesome Rover! She had great communication during the whole process, always sent photos, and was flexible and accommodating when I was dealing with stressful travel-related issues on my end. I would definitely hire again to drop in and take care of my cat.”

He was the sweetest, funniest, most adventurous and loyal dog. I rescued him but he truly rescued me. We had 10 years together and I am truly grateful for every moment. I miss him everyday. But I know I gained a guardian angel. 🐶🩵😇 I have always loved dog sitting and taking care of animals. “I’m so thankful to have found Amber on Rover. Her drop-in visits to care for my two calicos when I travel are exactly what I need. She’s kind, thorough and thoughtful—she even brought in our mail! Her reports and photos are informative and give me peace of mind that my cats are cared for. I’m a repeat customer, and I’ll continue to book services with Amber as long as she’s available.”
About: I have lots of hands on experiences in pet care by working with dogs of all ages and temperaments. I have volunteer experience with my local animal shelter, where I had to take multiple training classes in order to start working. I learned proper dog supervision, safe handling techniques, and how to teach young puppies basic commands. I've also dog sat for friends on many occasions. I grew up with dogs in my home my whole life and personally training our newest puppy now. Because of my shelter experience, I am confident in adjusting my approach to fit each dog's personality. I would love nothing more than to spend my free time away from classes to give your dog the love they deserve. As a college student, I am flexible in finding a time to care for your pet's needs with guaranteed availability after 9am on Monday, Wednesday, Friday with the occasional opening in the afternoon Tuesday/Thursday, just let me know. Weekends I am available anytime. I can't wait to meet you and your furry friend! (Please Note: Because of summer break, I will be unavailable until August. Thank you for your understanding.) I can efficiently follow instructions given, respect the privacy of your home, and ensure walks at your dog's comfortable pace. I understand dogs are like family and will treat them just like my own.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
