“After a last-minute cancellation, I turned to Rover and found Krystal. She was incredibly accommodating on short notice, taking great care of my three noisy Chihuahuas while I was away. She kept me updated with photos and reassured me that they were doing well. I highly recommend her and will be reaching out to Rover & Krystal in the future.”

“Maral dropped in on our puppy for an hour while we had to be out of the house for the day. Beforehand, she asked if we wanted help with training, which was fine by us, and she proceeded to send us multiple videos of the she was using while giving him a walk. He was having a great time while learning - Maral is absolutely recommended.”

“Kristen is exactly who you want to care for your cat. Above and beyond, friendly, and dependable. We are new to the area, and my cat is still establishing his territory, cat door busted and some coordination with the gardners and cat door situation had me stressed but she solved the issue and Frankie came back and I am extremely grateful that she was there. Pretty amazing for the first visit! 😸”

About: I grew up around animals. My senior bichon-poodle passed away in June 2024. Although I am not ready to commit to another pet I am committed to hanging out with your fur baby auntie style! I love staying active and I walk/run every morning and it would be more motivating with a furry friend who loves walks too. *I work as a medical assistant and have past experience with senior dogs so I am comfortable giving medications* I work full time but have time to walk/check on your fur baby Wednesday's, Thursday's, and Friday's in the mornings. I am off Saturday through Monday ! I care for pets as if they’re my own. I’ll treat them with care and compassion. The park I live by is a great place for a good morning walk.

About: While I’m new to professional pet sitting, I bring a lifelong love for animals and hands on experience caring for both cats and dogs. I’ve grown up with pets and have been a dedicated cat and dog owner for years. I currently own an eight year old Chihuahua and three cats of varying ages. I understand how much love, patience, and attention our pet family requires. I’ve cat-sat for friends and am comfortable with feeding routines, litter boxes, walks, playtime, and giving lots of love! I would love to take on jobs for dogs as well! I recently started volunteering at Marin Humane Society, where I learned about animal behavior, care, and enrichment from professionals. My long-term goal is to study Animal Science and pursue a career in animal care. I’m reliable, compassionate, and always happy to tailor my care to your pet’s unique needs and quirks. Pet care is already a big part of my daily life! I take care of one dog and three cats every day, making sure they’re well fed, loved, and active. I feed them in the morning and evening, play with them using their favorite toys, and walk the dog daily. Caring for animals isn’t just a task for me, it’s something I genuinely enjoy and prioritize throughout my day. It brings me a lot of joy and keeps me in tune with what pets need to feel safe, happy, and well cared for. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine consistent so they feel safe and comfortable in their own space. I make sure to follow all instructions closely whether it’s feeding schedules, walk times, play preferences, or any special needs. I always treat the client’s home with respect and keep things clean and organized. I give pets lots of love, attention, and enrichment while also being mindful of their comfort levels especially if they’re shy or adjusting to someone new. My goal is to make their time without you as stress free and happy as possible.

About: Having been raised around dogs and cats my entire childhood, as well as raising my own pets since adulthood, I am more than excited to take care of yours! I am wide open during summertime, but work school hours during the school year. I have open availability on the weekends and after school for both overnights and walks. During the day, I would be able to take your pup out in the am, at lunch and afterschool. My friends joke that my dog is my fourth child and they are definitely correct. I believe in routines first, of course, but also letting a dog guide you as the day goes on.

“Ella is an exceptional dogsitter & person, and that was evident within mere hours of meeting her! Ella came over to get to know my dogs before a couple weekday walks and it was clear that she is a true dog lover at heart. I have one dog who is a total lover and another who’s a bit moody, but she was able to connect with both of them right away. She was attentive, kind, and I could tell she really cared about doing a great job and providing the best possible care for my pets. When I left town a few days later, I reached out to her in a panic when I needed someone local to come help out with an issue unrelated to dogsitting. She had yet to even complete our first booking, but since I knew she lived nearby I texted her in a last ditch effort. She responded instantly and literally saved the day by stepping in to help out when she absolutely did not need to. She was gracious and kind, and I truly don’t know what I would’ve done without her! Since then, she’s created a close bond with both my pets and become a household name we speak of fondly. She goes above and beyond in everything she does and I feel so lucky to have found her.”

About: I live in Mill Valley and have two dogs of my own— both are pity type mixes that were rescued. I know what it means to take good care of beloved pets. I have many years of experience, both dog sitting and housesitting. I love taking dogs for walks and hikes and spend quite a bit of time with my own dogs up on Mount Tam. I’m currently not working so I have lots of available time for dog walks, sitting and house sitting. I do not do group dog walking so your dog will get the best one on one attention. I’m happy to support special needs as well. I prefer to take care of dogs in their own home as I find this is most comfortable for them. I like to deeply understand the owners preferences and needs so that I can make sure the dogs are happy.

About: Hi there! My name is Bella, and I’d love to help care for your furry friends. I have six years of experience with pet and house sitting. I used to volunteer at the humane society, so I am very familiar and comfortable with animals and their needs. I've worked with dogs of all ages, sizes, and abilities (deaf, blind, etc.). I’m local to Sausalito, and am happy to help you out if you’re located in Marin. Feel free to shoot me a message if you have any questions! My husband, Michael, is also on my account as he serves as my backup, in case I ever need it. Communication is key! Please let me know if there are any special circumstances related safety for your pet. Personally, I keep cameras around my home for ease of mind, so I understand if you do the same.

About: I love and grew up around dogs- my family had a husky, a mutt, and a yellow lab. Since college I’ve dogsat for a number of family friends, neighbors, Rover dogs, etc. I’ve house sat, cared for, and walked dogs of all ages and conditions, from puppies and house training, to dogs with anxiety, to dogs recovering from surgery, to old dogs who require lots of patience and love and often have additional medical conditions. I’ve also house sat for cats (typically when house sitting for a dog as well), so very comfortable with cat care too. Also not scared of big dogs- they are some of the best! My current job and travel schedule don’t allow for having a dog full time, so until then I’ve got you covered for weekend trips! I wfh Fridays and am fully available on the weekends listed as open on my calendar. I’ve been on the road for the past several years but my schedule is finally settling down, allowing for me to restart Rover. I currently live in an apartment that is dog friendly, but does require going up a set of stairs, so for older dogs with knee conditions or rapid outdoor needs it might not be the best.

About: Hello there! I am a loving pet caregiver and house nurturer living in Marin. I enjoy taking care of animals and people's homes as if they were my very own, with love, respect and better than you left it. My hope is that these intuitive and intentional skills will help assist in a loving and nurturing approach to your pets care needs. I look forward to the opportunity to take care of your special fur-family member and home. Warmly, Adrienne I currently work at Good Earth in the Wellness Department and have early mornings, lunch (1pm) and evenings (after 5:30pm) open for feeding, walks and checkins! I currently care for pets overnight in their homes and do not offer boarding service at this time. You can rest assure that I provide a respectful and loving approach to all homes I take care of. 🏡 💛

About: I have years of experience caring for pets with love, responsibility, and attention to detail. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playing, or giving extra cuddles, I make sure every pet feels safe, happy, and cared for as if they were my own. I’m reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated to keeping both pets and their owners at ease, knowing everything is handled with warmth and professionalism. I have the flexibility of managing my own schedule for my personal business, so no worries there! I can easily adjust my availability to make sure it aligns perfectly with your pet’s needs. I believe in building a strong bond and trust with pets right from the start. When I take dogs for walks, I'm always attentive and ensure they're well-behaved and safe on the leash. Plus, I have a habit of talking to my furry friends during our walks to let them know they're not alone and that they're protected. Ensuring they're well-fed according to their schedule and administering any necessary medications is a priority. And with cats, playtime and their overall well-being, including cleanliness, are equally important to me.

About: I am a genuine and caring individual that truly loves all animals, but especially dogs and cats. Ever since I was younger I knew I wanted to do something that involved pets in my future. I was born and raised in Marin County and graduated from SFSU. I have 20+ years of experience in caring for animals. I have cared for many different breeds including dogs of various sizes, energy levels, and ages. I love running, walking, and hiking with my canine companions as well as staying in for a good cuddle sesh on the couch. I try to look for dog friendly restaurants so I can bring them with me for a little dose of mental stimulation. I work from home in corporate event management and am with your fury friend throughout the day to tend to their needs. Feel free to message me and we can see if our dates match up! Cheers! :) I work remotely so I’m able to dedicate my time and be at home with your pet as needed. I love having them around as my coworkers! I have a friendly yellow lab that gets along with all dogs and I love to give lots of cuddles and love to the pups I take care of.

“Alicia (and her daughters) took a good care about our kitty; provided her with so much needed attention and company, while we were away! And she also brought our deliveries inside and stacked them neatly! Very grateful and looking forward to turn to Alicia again in future.”

About: I have an 8 year old lab mix named Toby and we live in Mill Valley. I am available to host your dog in our one-bedroom cottage with a fenced in yard. I work out of the house in Sausalito and Toby comes with me! For in-home dog-sitting I would be happy to bring your dog to my office during the week. I will treat your dog as I treat my own, with love and attention and lots of exploration and exercise. I take my dog, Toby on trails almost daily around Marin. Dogs are a big part of my every day life and I will gladly bring your dog into our routine. Frequent walks or potty breaks in my yard are standard. I will happily follow your guidance for in-home pet sitting. Toby is very well behaved and gets along great with other dogs and is a good companion to other dogs. I have dog beds, but I do allow dogs on the couch or would be happy to use your crate if you prefer. I track all walks and hikes on Strava and will share it with you so that you know where we went!

About: I have 20 years experience with bully breeds, and all the health issues that entails, but I’m open to sitting any breed (they are all good dogs!). I live at the beach, so your pup will get long beach walks and/or mountain trail hikes during the day, then sleepy downtime at night. It’s a pet paradise! Your dog will enjoy morning beach walks or trail hikes, or walks in a stroller if your pet has mobility issues. Daylight hours are spent being active, and evenings are resto-relaxo. I have a fenced and private front and backyard with fake grass for your pet to use. No stairs to navigate - single level home a block from the ocean. Just tell me your dogs energy level and exercise needs, and I’ll create the perfect doggy vacation!
