Her Boston Terrier plays very nicely with others. Our Lab got lots of love and attention from Sophie, including regular walks in the low-traffic neighborhood near Dominican U. It is abundantly clear that Sophie, an energetic college student trying to earn some money on Rover, could not be more motivated to take phenomenal care of your cherished companion. About: I'm the friend who everyone asks to take care of their dog (including senior dogs). I love our furry friends—and appreciate every families trust. I raised a Bichon puppy and later cared for her as a 12 year old senior dog. I have fostered and helped to train 4 rescue dogs through the Milo Foundation and frequently pop by to volunteer walk Milo dogs. I am an executive who works from home so I am at the dog's side non-stop and have the flexibility to take several walks a day. I'm also a 5 minute drive to Blackie's Pasture for longer walks. I have a super clean home. The dogs are allowed everywhere. I have a very clean, safe home. I also have access to popular dog parks/walks. I pay close attention to dietary restrictions, etc. And when it comes to passing another dog on leash I always ask if the dog is friendly. I'm a mom to an 11 year old—I care for dogs like they are kiddos.

“Betty looked after our 5 yr old dog Luna while we were gone for a week on an international trip. It was our first time boarding Luna with her so we arranged to meet her beforehand and she very kindly gave us a tour of the areas where Luna would be staying. During the stay, Betty was very communicative, sharing photo updates regularly, and attentive - taking extra time to ensure our shy pup ate well, which was so appreciated! She provided Luna with regular exercise and play time at the park with the other pups, and she offered Luna a separate, quiet space to recharge when needed. All in all we feel very lucky to have found her for the stay and would certainly request her services again. Highly recommend :)”

I'm a Mill Valley mom, educator, and current owner of two sweet Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I have owned cats, dogs, chickens, rodents and birds. I keep bees as an active beekeeper. I am experienced with medically fragile animals and am comfortable giving all meds, including subcutaneous fluids. My home is warm, safe, child and animal friendly. “We have only left Koba with family or one other sitter so when she told me she would be out of town I was worried about finding another sitter but we got lucky with Mike! We liked that he seemed to understand bully breeds and instantly felt at ease after the meet and greet. Mike kept us updated throughout the day with lots of videos and photos of all their little adventures around scenic SF areas. Koba definitely looked like he was having a blast. He was a little anxious/restless the first night but Mike was super understanding. He was so spoiled with love and attention and I’m so grateful we were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our pup. Thank you so much Mike for taking such good care of Koba! About: I love and grew up around dogs- my family had a husky, a mutt, and a yellow lab. Since college I’ve dogsat for a number of family friends, neighbors, Rover dogs, etc. I’ve house sat, cared for, and walked dogs of all ages and conditions, from puppies and house training, to dogs with anxiety, to dogs recovering from surgery, to old dogs who require lots of patience and love and often have additional medical conditions. I’ve also house sat for cats (typically when house sitting for a dog as well), so very comfortable with cat care too. Also not scared of big dogs- they are some of the best! My current job and travel schedule don’t allow for having a dog full time, so until then I’ve got you covered for weekend trips! I wfh Fridays and am fully available on the weekends listed as open on my calendar. I’ve been on the road for the past several years but my schedule is finally settling down, allowing for me to restart Rover. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was little. I always walked my dog around San Francisco and around Larkspur when I moved. My neighbors constantly use me to walk their dogs or pet sit as well. I am currently working a 9-5 during the week. I would be available to walk dogs earlier in the morning or after 6. I am available full time on weekends. I have a fenced yard and one dog who is very kind with other dogs. I love taking care of pets and will love to walk/play with them.

About: Dogs are the light of my life! I've given forever homes to 7 German Shepherds, 2 Poodles and 4 Mixes. I've had extensive experience caring for them through various illnesses & am very knowledgeable about both their physical and emotional needs. I trained all of them myself with modernizing the methods as the practices changed over time. In High School I worked for a veterinary clinic washing dogs and administering vaccines as well as meds. I was a teacher for 20 years and am super resourceful. I've always had dogs. For me, life would be empty without them, and I'm one of these crazy people who would do absolutely anything to meet their needs!! Now I want to do what means the most to me....spend my time with animals and give them the best experience possible!! Number 1, follow the directions of the client relative to their animals. Number 2, be respectful of their environment. Number 3, do all the extras possible for the animals including companionship. Number 4, leave the house as nice as it was on my arrival date.

“Betty looked after our 5 yr old dog Luna while we were gone for a week on an international trip. It was our first time boarding Luna with her so we arranged to meet her beforehand and she very kindly gave us a tour of the areas where Luna would be staying. During the stay, Betty was very communicative, sharing photo updates regularly, and attentive - taking extra time to ensure our shy pup ate well, which was so appreciated! She provided Luna with regular exercise and play time at the park with the other pups, and she offered Luna a separate, quiet space to recharge when needed. All in all we feel very lucky to have found her for the stay and would certainly request her services again. Highly recommend :)”
About: Hello! I have cared for animals of every kind since I was able to hold a leash, brush a cat, and collect chicken eggs. I'm a Mill Valley mom, educator, and current owner of two sweet Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I have owned cats, dogs, chickens, rodents and birds. I keep bees as an active beekeeper. I am experienced with medically fragile animals and am comfortable giving all meds, including subcutaneous fluids. My home is warm, safe, child and animal friendly. “We have only left Koba with family or one other sitter so when she told me she would be out of town I was worried about finding another sitter but we got lucky with Mike! We liked that he seemed to understand bully breeds and instantly felt at ease after the meet and greet. Mike kept us updated throughout the day with lots of videos and photos of all their little adventures around scenic SF areas. Koba definitely looked like he was having a blast. He was a little anxious/restless the first night but Mike was super understanding.
