“Kim was an excellent sitter for Charlie and would highly recommend her! They had a huge yard that had a high fence so zero chance of escape. The picture updates daily of Charlie and her dog playing every day was very much appreciated. Will definitely be using her to watch Charlie again, you can tell there was a lot of care and love in her house for all animals.”

“I felt confident leaving Ernie with Mark while on vacation. Ernie was well-taken of, received lots of attention and care. I appreciated the updates, as I missed my little buddy. Highly recommend Mark!”

About: I have a loving home with 2 friendly, adorable dogs and 1 friendly cat. I take good care of them and also love the animals we come across! I work a normal Mon-Fri day job and am available outside those hours. I am caring and detail-oriented. You will be happy with the service. I will give pets the attention they need; including food, cleaning, walking and love. They will be happy with the environment that I provide them.

“Beth is a fabulous dog sitter/boarder. She took such great care of our dog, sent pics, and communicated daily. She responds promptly, is very personable and kind, and our dog had a great time at her house. We won't consider going to anyone else!”

About: I have had animals my whole life, particularly cats and dogs. I am comfortable working with medium and large breed dogs, high energy pets, senior animals, or pets with medical needs. I have helped family and neighbors care for their fur babies and would love the opportunity to help others! I specialize in caring for senior/special needs pets. I had two cats with varying degrees of kidney disease which required special diets and constant monitoring. They made frequent messes so I'm not afraid to clean up pet accidents. I'm happy to help any animals that need some extra care. I am available most weekends and holidays to care for your pet. Dogs staying at my house get potty breaks as often as possible. There will be lots of playtime and naps for both dogs and cats throughout the day. Dog walks will take place when the weather is decent and typically in the afternoon/evening. If I go out for errands, dogs are expected to stay in a crate (exceptions are considered. Please reach out for more details). Any animal that stays with us will be treated like family. Meet and greets are highly recommend for all services to make sure owner(s), sitter, and animals feel comfortable with one another. Dog Boarding/Day Care: I have a large fenced yard and three high energy pups that would enjoy having new friends to play with. I have lots of toys from stuffed to plastic to rope toys to keep them entertained. Dogs should be crate trained in case I need to leave for an errand (exceptions are considered. Please reach out for more details). Dogs must be okay around cats as they may interact with them when they are in the house. Dogs MUST be okay around children as I have a toddler (the child will never be alone with the dog). Dog Walking: We can walk around the neighborhood or go to a park. I will NEVER go to a dog park. I will only bring my dogs along for a walk if approved by the owner. Vaccines: All animals that enter my home must be up-to-date on vaccines. Dogs MUST have rabies and bordetella (kennel cough) vaccines. Owners must provide vaccination records for confirmation. All animals must be treated for fleas and ticks (as a precaution). This is a year-round requirement. I highly recommend Elanco K9 Advantix II for dogs. If needed, I can provide the medicine and apply to the pet for an additional cost (please reach out for more details). Drop Ins: I'm happy to stay for as short or long as needed to take care of the pet (feed, water, potty break, scoop litter box, administer medicine, etc.) and give them attention.

“Brynna is great! She was very accommodating with times as our schedule changed. She communicated with us during our vacation and sent pictures and videos. Will definitely use her again!”

About: I have cared for mostly pit bull type dogs and unwanted other dogs (seniors, chewers)- I have a lot of care and patience for animals of all kinds. I have a full time job during the week but am available weekends and some holidays if you want to go out of town. I usually feel a little guilty leaving my dogs behind while I go camping but many federal lands don’t accept dogs, even on a leash. Just know they will be cared for and played with at my house. I usually get out once a day to go to the parks with my dogs so I would love to take yours too! I feed my dogs a special dinner nightly and in the morning. They have a doggy door they go in and out of to a large fenced back yard. They are allowed on the furniture and are walked to run off leash in a park on a daily basis.

“Enrique was so caring of our Frenchie, Athena. He also sent video clips and pictures. They have a beautiful, fenced back yard that our dog really loved. I would definitely book again.”

About: I'm kind towards all animals and I feel a deep sense of responsibility for those in my care. I currently have a small dog. Check the pictures here. I'm retired and available to watch a dog or two in my home. I would be able to give your dog my full attention for most of the day. The dogs I watch will be inside with me or if the weather is suitable in my fenced backyard. The yard is fairly small and well shaded.

About: Pet Experience Summary With over 10 years of experience working with dogs from various backgrounds, I bring extensive knowledge and genuine passion to pet care. My background includes fostering rescue dogs, volunteering at a local rescue animal clinic, and dog training experience that helps me understand canine behavior and communication. I've completed animal first aid certification and have extensive experience caring for medically needy animals, giving me the skills to handle pets with special requirements or health conditions. When you trust me with your beloved pet, you can be confident they'll receive safe, attentive care and be treated with the same love I'd give my own animals. Im currently working a very flexible job that lets me choose my schedule. I work remotely and I have home cameras to watch if Im gone. I also have a roommate who helps me with animal care of needed if I was away. Animals are never left alone and will always have a human around to ensure proper care and your pet is well taken cared for. I have a 6ft fenced yard. Main fences have extra anti escape proof fencing that wont allow a dog to jump over fence. Cameras around the home up front, side and back tard that are recoding 247. Trusting neighbors that watch over the neighborhood. Cameras inside and outside of home.

“This is the only sitter I would ever take my dog too! My dog absolutely loves it at this sitters house especially since he gets to be around her other 2 dogs, My dog always comes home happy and tired thankfully, I’ve never had to worry about my dog with this sitter!”

“Our pup had a great time. We got updates with pictures throughout the weekend we were away. He didn’t make it long in the car before falling asleep on the way home. We will definitely be using Jen again in the future!”

About: Hello! My name is Shawna! I've worked professionally with dogs of all breeds and ages for nearly my entire life. I grew up in a family that ran a boarding kennel in Juneau, Alaska, and currently own and operate Dandy Dog Daycare and Boarding there. I am looking to offer services while I'm here in Yakima during my transition to permanently relocate here! I am well-versed in animal behaviors and interaction and focus on the health, safety and comfort of the pets in my care. I can provide nail trims and basic brush out depending on your pets needs. I'm comfortable working with all breeds, ages and sizes and I am pet CPR certified. I will be offering pet care in my home to begin with but I will be expanding my pet services shortly! Get in early to establish your pet with me ☺️ I will be working from home so your pet will be a part of family life here! They will be out for potty and exercise breaks often throughout the day. I care for pets like my own, they will be in the main house with my family and senior dog! We have the ability to create overnight if that is something your pet is used to! There is a four foot fenced yard that would be accessible to pets that do not have a tendency to jump out of enclosure. If you are concerned your pup may test fences, I am also able to do leashed potty breaks and walks.
