I came back to a clean house; she washed the dishes she used for my cat’s food, fixed my robot vacuum when it got stuck, and took the trash out on her last visit so my house didn’t smell like dirty litter when I got home. About: Ever since I was little, I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, bunnies, and even a rooster at one point! Ever since I can remember, animals have always held a special place in my heart. I have two sons of my own, and my goal is to care for your fur babies the way I would want someone to care for mine! I just finished working a summer in Alaska, and currently have no winter job lined up, so your fur baby will have all of my undivided attention, and of course they will be showered in love! I have plenty of free time to hangout with your fur baby, and will treat them as if they’re my own while in my care. My goal is for both you and your fur baby to feel comfortable while you’re away. I’m very attentive when it comes to body language, and always do my best to make sure the comfort of my client and or clients fur baby comes first.

About: I grew up in a house full of animals. As long as I can remember, my family has lived with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, chickens, lizards, frogs, snails, salamanders and all manner of wild backyard critters as well to attend. I was raised to respect these animals as well as attend to their needs. I believe love and respect go hand-in-hand, and I love creatures of all shapes and sizes! Since I was old enough to babysit, I was also pet-sitting! I believe that animals are not only our friends and our kindred spirits, but also our duty to care for well. I spent time working as a pet nutritional expert at a store in Austin, TX, and that experience only increased my passion for animals and their well-being. I love to travel, and know that it makes all the difference to leave someone you trust with your critters. My headline includes my vision statement; I endeavor to become a friend to your pet, and while you're away, provide my full presence, my dedicated care, and my joy at being with them. I'm a graduate student at UNM, so my class schedule is mostly afternoons right now. My cat's a rather needy fellow, so he's happiest when I'm home. I make sure to make time to spend with him on weekends, mornings, and evenings, and spend time making up for missed cuddles then. I keep his areas very clean, he drinks only from a fountain, and I keep him to a strict feeding schedule (much to his chagrin and occasional break-in attempts of the food container). My frogs, Gus and Markl, need live food once a week and clean water every day, and I maintain a heat lamp schedule for them as well, as well as regular maintenance to their bioactive terrarium. When my parents are out of town, I take care of our two dogs, Lilo and Clara, and nine chickens. The dogs need to be walked, the chickens need to be fed and their eggbox cleaned, and there's lots to do to make sure everyone is comfortable. Lilo's pretty anxious, and Clara's getting up in years, so I make time in my work schedule to return home midday to check on them if I'm out and about. Depending on your pet's needs, I'm flexible in terms of schedule. :) It's important to me that you are confident in your pets' safety and comfort. I will not take dogs outside without a leash, unless they are in a fenced-in yard, and I don't let cats outside unleashed on principle as I believe this makes them a danger to themselves, other cats, and smaller animals. You can expect photos from me of your pets if you'd like them, and if they let me I'll happily clean out eye-boogers, snuggle with them, and ensure that they have love and companionship during the stressful time you're away.

About: I have raised dogs, cats and a variety of other animals my whole life. From fostering, to baby sitting to raising pets of my own, I have always loved animals and caring for them. I currently have 3 dogs (ages 3,3 and 5) and 2 cats, one being a senior (ages 10, and 2). I’ve adopted all of my animals from shelters or friends, adopted them at a variety of ages and one of my dogs is disabled (born with only one eye). I am proud to say that I have done my absolute best to give them the proper care and love and attention they deserve, and I think they have been all very happy and well cared for! I am a before and after school instructor, as well as a university student, so I am free in most afternoons. I can do early morning and afternoons before 3pm. I have a large fenced yard that my dogs play in every day. I feed them every morning and afternoon, visit them daily and have them sleep inside every night. My family is very loving towards our animals, and I have never had issues with my pets showing signs of stress or unhappiness. I treat them with the love and kindness I treat everyone, and have raised both from adoption, two since they were a puppy (they are now 3) and one since he was about 1 year old (he is now 5).

I currently have a six year old cat that requires special care and attention, and I regularly take care of her senior cousin who requires daily shots. About: I have been around dogs my whole life. I have had two registered therapy dogs and have house sat for numerous families. I love all dogs and just want them to be cared for whi families enjoy their time away I’m retired so I have an open schedule and am free for days or weeks depending on your needs. I can housework or host. Just let me know anytime I have a gated yard as well as doggie door access and don’t really crate animals. I let them run free in the house unless otherwise specified

About: I have had dogs of my whole life! I first started caring for others dogs around age 10, I helped an elderly friendly walk and care for her dog. In more recent years I have dog/house sat for numerous people. Dogs ranging from puppy to senior dogs. I do work a full time job Monday- Friday. Depending on location of the sit I can stop by during the day to let your pet out. I get off of work at 4:30 and can spend the evening with you pet. I follow all care instructions specific to your pet. I will also utilize the outdoor space provided and surrounding to ensure your pet is getting their need exercise.

About: With every house sitting or with ten dog walking sessions I will draw your pet! (No extra fee) I grew up with two kitties, Daphne and Velma (yes like Scooby Doo!) and one dog, Ruby. And now that I am an adult I have a high energy, silly kitty named Pearl! Growing up I was responsible for walking Ruby every day after school and on the weekends. I was also Velma's preferred human, she would join me while I did my homework and even when I left to college my mom would send me pictures of her on my pillow. (Daphne was a wall flower and stuck to herself for the most part haha) Pearl is my kitty with full energy! I play at least five times a day, 30 minutes each with her and I have been doing clicker training. She successfully has no issues with nail trimming, going to the vet, and is learning new commands. I enjoy hiking in the Sandia Foothills so I would love to take you doggie out there or in your local neighbor hood! I will match your furry friend's energy, so if they prefer to sit on the couch for cuddles, I am more than happy to do so! I am currently working part time working on my children's graphic novel pitch so I have plenty of availability to spend time with your fur baby! I have availability from 9am-10pm. On hotter days I prefer to walk your pups before noon or after 5pm evening so they don't overheat. I would love to meet your pet first before we work together (no charge). That way you can let me know of any health or behavioral concerns and your furry friend isn't scared when a stranger shows up! I let your pet dictate our interactions. (Holding out my hand for them to sniff, giving space if your kitty has, "airplane ears" or if your dog has a, "whale eye,"). I am also experienced in redirection, if your dog is barking I'll get the tennis ball going.

About: I have two dogs that absolutely adores me. Have a great rapore with dogs, they search me out in public. I am patient and loving and am known as the "puperoni lady". I have a doggie door and good sized yard. Play time is essential. I have had dogs all my life. I love giving attention and don't mind if they like being on the furniture or bed. My husband is also an animal lover. We always socialize our babies with travels and they are well behaved. We bath our dogs every two weeks. I look forward to meeting with you and your fur baby and will treat them as my own fur baby. I spend lots of time playing and interacting with my babies, talking with them and they vocalize excitement. They are well socialized as we take them everywhere. Dogs are allowed on furnitue and on the bed with us. We have lots of dog beds and toys for your babies to play with. Unfortunately, during a meet and greet, my Duchess suffered a brutal unprovoked attack from a "friendly" pitbull so I choose not to accept bullie breeds. I am retired, so home most of the time. Lots of toys and things to keep them busy. Play outside with babies. Large back yard. I have a fenced back yard and one friendly pup, recently lost our Scooter to the Rainbow Bridge. Grass and trees for shade. Would prefer having dogs in my home, instead of yours.
