About: I have taken care of all of our pets since I was little! I help family friends out when they go out of town, or just for a walk. Dogs give the greatest form of unconditional love so I want to give it in return. I do not work at the moment so I have the free time and ability to take care of pups with up most enjoyment and freedom. I can walk your dog, or play with them if you have a fence! I walk my dogs and try to play fetch with them because that is their favorite things to do.

About: I have been raising my beagle for 9 years, adopted a cat 2 years ago, adopted a senior dog about 2 years ago, and took in a stray cat this last fall. I care for my mothers dogs, my sisters cats and dogs, and my brothers cats when they are out of town. I have reliable transportation, so I can provide dog walking and check-ins. I’m currently working part time, so I have pretty flexible availability. Don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you would like to work something out! I’m happy to play with your animals indoors or outdoors, walk them as much as you like, and give them as many treats as I’m allowed!

About: My husband and I love dogs. My two daughters also love dogs. We live in the country and have a big yard with two small dogs. I am a home maker who homeschools my children and am at home most of the time. Caring for the dogs will be part of my daughters homeschooling as they may get into the pet / vet profession one day. My husband works in ministry with a flexible schedule, which will allow him to help sometimes too. We also need the extra income to help save money for our daughter's education. This will be a good experience for the whole family and will keep our girls busy with something productive to do and get them to go out doors as opposed to watching television.

“Maelynn was great with my high-energy pup! She took fantastic care of him and left a detailed Rover card, including lots of pictures of their adventure together. I highly recommend Maelynn!”

About: Hello! My name is Nicole, and I recently moved to the Martinsville area and am reopening my pet sitting business. I’ve been providing professional pet care for dogs and cats since 2016, and my boyfriend, Evan, and I are excited to continue offering services here. We're animal people. We share our home with two senior cats and a playful young Basset Hound named Banjo. I am a nurse by profession, so I’m comfortable giving all types of medications. My boyfriend, Evan, works from home, which means there’s always someone around to give your pets undivided attention, frequent walks, and potty breaks. We're well-experienced with pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. The dogs we sit in our home must be comfortable with cats and other dogs. We offer a calm, quiet environment for docile, shy, or senior dogs, and for young or active dogs, we can provide a fun and playful atmosphere. We're also comfortable reinforcing any obedience or training you've been working on, so your pet won't miss a beat. If you're looking for a safe, loving home for your pet while you're away, we'd be honored to take care of them! Feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule a meet-and-greet. The area is really quiet and not close to any main roads. We prioritize safety for our pets and boarders

“Jesalynn was great! My cat is usually very scared of new faces but he warmed up to her really fast! Thank you so much!”

About: 3 years ago I raised a litter of 10 golden retriever pups and it was as rewarding as it was challenging! Loved every minute though. 😊 My availability is wide open at the moment! Needing a career change and dogsitting/walking/care would make me much happier then being stuck in an office! Our apartment doesn't allow pets unfortunately but I am more than happy to provide services in home or at a park, whichever is more preferable.

I can't wait to meet and fall in love with your babies! I am flexible, but do have to work around a Full-Time job. I also co-own a business, but I can make my own schedule around other things. (One of the perks of business ownership.) I am trustworthy, and can provide references upon request. I will treat your home and your babies as if they were my own. I will also water plants and bring in mail!

As a teacher, I prioritize creating a structured routine for pets. Daily walks, playtime, and feeding align seamlessly with my schedule, ensuring your pet receives consistent care and attention. “I have known Loida a little over five years now. She has a family of six which includes their two dogs. For years Loida has owned or taken care of multiple dogs. She has willingly taken care of family and friends' dogs; sometimes overnight. Loida knows a lot about dogs. She can identify mort mixes by breed and tell you certain traits and characteristics of others. Again, she's very passionate about people and pets. She'll respect you enough to treat your pet like her own. I would trust Loida to care for my dog anytime. Plus she has two assistants (daughters) to lend a helping hand at all times... So, do not doubt, but check her out! ? J. T.”
