We adopted our baby from the humane society at 3 months old and worked through potty training, leash training, and command training. Please allow your pet to be my outlet so I stop asking my husband for another dog 😬 I am a homeschool momma so I am home or outside adventuring most of the day. I have a nice sized yard, however, it is not fenced in so if your fur baby likes to run off from time to time we may not be a good fit. And our Vega girl enjoys running and playing with other doggos so your pup will get plenty of love and exercise! We do have 11 chickens who stay in their coop (we do let them free range from time to time, but they will be kept in their coop while you pup stays with us). I don’t have a fence in yard however, we have multiple leashes here as well as one that you would prefer to use. About: 3 years ago I raised a litter of 10 golden retriever pups and it was as rewarding as it was challenging! Loved every minute though. 😊 My availability is wide open at the moment! Needing a career change and dogsitting/walking/care would make me much happier then being stuck in an office! About: I’ve had a dog since I was little and have had my own baby since he was 4 weeks old! I have been trusted to watch my friends and families animals and I treat them as my own! I am a very punctual person when it comes to a schedule, I maintain my own dogs feeding schedule with very minor switches! I am a full time student at IU Indianapolis pursuing a degree in Biology! I have my graduation date set in May and have ample time to leave school to check on furry friends :) If push comes to shove and your dog has to stay the night with me at my house, I am more than willing to crate your dog or allow them to sleep in bed with me! About: My Fiancé and I have had big dogs and small dogs throughout both our lives! With that, I have 2+years of experience as a kennel technician where I had worked with a variety of different dog sizes and breeds. My background includes working with dogs that require specialized care, such as those with mobility challenges, sensory impairments, or chronic health conditions. I am adept at adapting environments and routines to ensure their comfort and safety. I currently have a very flexible schedule where I am available to work anytime you are needing, all week long and I am also able to travel a considerable distance as well! My yard is fenced and my dog enjoys the home to its fullest. As a black lab puppy he does crate for short times if I'm not home, but other then that he is out and about. About: I have my own dog. I've grown up with dogs. I worked at a pet store when I was a teenager, and have house/pet sat before. Although, I'm not a vet, I'm observant and will keep an eye out for issues that concern you. Pet health is important. That includes nutrition and grooming. I know some think there is such a thing as over involved pet parents, I think they're family and should be treated as such. I volunteer at my church every Thursday, Backpack Program fifth Wednesdays (when they occur) and Orphan Grain Train every other month on the third Thursday. Otherwise, I take care of my dad who has COPD. I have to be home to cook for him. And take care of my own dog. Eventually, I will allow dogs to stay with me overnight, but I want to make sure my dog and said dogs get along. So that is my availability. I have a pitbull mix. She is very good around other dogs. Especially after she gets to know them. She's not aggressive, just tends to hump when excited. All dogs will need a leash if they are coming with me. I have walking trails in my community. I have no problem walking your dogs in them. Please make sure they have up to date tick meds. Also I live with my dad he will be petting and loving any pet that spends the night. My house is two story, so if you have a senior dog that needs help just let me know.
