“Rachelle was absolutely wonderful with my two cats! From the start, she was professional, warm, and thoughtful — we even met in person at my workplace before the booking, which really put me at ease. She watched my cats for 3 days, visiting my apartment for an hour each day. She made sure they were fed their wet food, gave them plenty of cuddles and playtime, and sent tons of photos and detailed updates that I really appreciated. One of the most impressive things was how well she handled the dynamic between my two cats — they’re still in the early stages of their siblinghood and don’t always get along. Rachelle was very mindful of their boundaries and gave them both individual attention, which really helped keep the peace. About: Hi, I am 20 years old and I’ve been raised with dogs my whole life, and even had plenty of experiences with other people’s fur babies! I worked in a dog daycare for a year so know how to adjust to your pets needs! I am currently a full time student at SIU and am looking for more to do in my free time! I might have to adjust times that you originally set but I will try my very best to stay as close as possible to the original time! Also I do not list Friday-Sunday as an availability because I am not always around so feel free to try and book and I can confirm or not if I am around! I always make sure the pets get lots of love and care and will always make sure they get the exercise they need, regardless if that’s taking them to the dog park on owners request or just throwing a toy in the backyard.

About: I have always love animals since I was a kid and have always wanted to help and take care of them. I have 6 animals of my own at the moment and they teach me how to be more and more patient everyday. All my animals either came from a rough situation or they were literally born on my porch. I have bottle fed kittens from birth to adult hood to also having taken care of an 18 year old Miniature Pinscher who unfortunately lost the use of his back legs. I have always been an avid watcher/walker and I have to say it is my favorite job. I often plan out my days ahead of time so I know exactly what needs to get done and when so I’ll never miss or be late to a visit. I’ll follow your pet’s usual routine, make time for play and affection, and give them space when they need it. My goal is to help your pet feel comfortable and give you peace of mind. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
