About: I have been pet sitting for a year now and came to rover to expand my clientele while I am going to Southern Illinois University of Carbondale! I’m currently a student at SIU C. About: I’ve been caring for animals for over a decade. I have fostered over 200 animals in my lifetime. I am known as the dog whisper in my old neighborhood. I feed, walk, bathe, and play with all animals and show them the love they deserve. I currently work Full-time Monday - Friday. However I always have time after work and on weekends to take care of your babies. Having 3 cats and 2 dogs of my own I understand the need of your babies being care for. I have a big backyard that is perfect for playing fetch and zoomed, I also have a fenced in area in my backyard that we let our non trained fur babies play in. I understand some friends enjoy their own home and the same services (such as baths, walks, playtime, and even feeding).

I also treat your home with complete respect- I lock doors, keep everything clean, and leave things exactly as I found them. About: I’ve taken care of the 2 Dobermans my family has owned since I was old enough to stay home alone with them and I’ve also taken care of multiple different kinds of dogs when I’ve pet sat at home! I also have 3 cats one of which has a seizure disorder that needs care! I graduated from Ole Miss in December and am now in Carbondale to attended SIU Law School. About: I’ve always taken care of my grandparents dogs, neighbors, and friends so I have a lot of experience in pet care. I also love animals more than anything and can’t wait to have my own dog. I work a part-time job while in school but I have a lot of freedom during the week and am looking into doing this as my full-time job now. About: I’m a law school graduate currently studying for the Illinois Bar, so I’m home all day and able to give your dog constant companionship, frequent potty breaks, and a calm, supervised environment. I have two Irish Setter/Golden Retriever mixes of my own, so your pup will have friendly, well-socialized playmates (or a quiet space to decompress, depending on their personality). I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and energy levels, from bouncy puppies to seniors who just want a soft spot and a steady routine. I’m attentive to feeding schedules, medications, and individual quirks, and I’ll send regular photo and video updates so you always know how your dog is doing. My schedule is very flexible right now because I’m studying for the Illinois Bar from home, which means pet care fits naturally into my day rather than being squeezed around other commitments. I’m home the vast majority of the time, with study broken up by regular walks, play breaks, and time in the yard with my own two dogs, so your pup will easily slot into that rhythm. I can accommodate early morning potty breaks, midday feedings, evening walks, and overnight stays without any issue. On the rare occasions I need to step out for an errand or appointment, it’s usually short and I plan around the dogs’ needs. In my home, dogs have access to a secure, fenced-in space for potty breaks and play, plus plenty of comfortable indoor spots to relax. I keep a close eye on interactions between my own two dogs and any guest pup, and I always take time to introduce new dogs slowly and on neutral ground. Food, medications, and anything potentially hazardous are kept well out of reach, and I stick closely to whatever feeding schedule, routine, and house rules the owner provides. I’m attentive to body language and energy levels, so I can tell when a dog needs more play, more rest, or a little quiet time away from the group. In a client’s home, I treat the space with the same care I’d want for my own. I follow all instructions carefully, stick to the dog’s normal routine to minimize stress, lock up when I leave, and keep owners updated with regular photos and messages. I’m respectful of the home, mindful of any other pets or house rules, and always reachable while I’m on a sit.

I have a lot of experience on administering medications such as shots like insulin and oral medications. I am currently a college student but am fully online so my weeks and weekends are usually free for any time and day for anything. I have two friendly fixed female kittens of my own to play and keep your cats company and can always keep them separated if needed. I currently do not have a fenced yard.
