About: I've provided care for cats and dogs ranging from kitten and puppy to senior. I've been walking and doing daily in-home visits for several years, as well as taking care of my own animals. I also have experience with lizards and rabbits. I work part-time, so I'm flexible and have more open availability. I'm usually avaliable on short notice and can make earlier morning or later evening visits or extended visits during vacations. I'm happy to follow any care instructions you may have, including crating or other special considerations. I'm fine administering meds and also have some experience with wound care.

About: I have taken care of our elderly farm dogs for 2 years and a rambunctious new pup this year who has lots of energy! I have also helped my mom take care of her cats since I was 18. I am currently between jobs so this is perfect . I’m a very active person, I love walking and grounding in nature. It would be great to have some company on these walks! I have a fenced in back yard on a 3 acre land. I have a young dog named Charlie who is our farm dog, he is an excited rambunctious pup that helps protect our chickens, he can be crated if needed.

About: First of all, my name is Toni. Rover will only accept legally changed names, and I haven’t gotten there yet. But I’m Toni M. and I started getting involved with pet care because of my mental illness and autism. I’ve worked with puppies and older dogs. I’ve spent significant time with dogs with anxiety issues as well. I tend to connect with dogs who need a little extra love the most anyway. The stress of life was lowering my ability to function and every job I tried seemed to make it all worse. Enter: Dogs. I decided if I was going to make it I needed to be doing something that gave instead of took from me. Animals have helped bring me back to life in the dark. If at all possible I prefer boarding as transitions can be a challenge but I’m usually up for anything the pet needs to feel safe and secure and do a lot of house sitting, too and am more than willing too. I try to keep all homes clean and tidy for the owner’s return. My own home is small, only two usable rooms, but has a large wooded yard and perfect spots for beautiful walks, or throwing a ball and playing fetch in our secluded field if the dog is not an eloper. My dog loved living in this home before he passed as it is quiet and peaceful, and playing ball was his favorite thing in the world. What to Expect When Booking with Me I provide premium, highly attentive care for your animals. To keep this demanding, physical work sustainable for me, I have a few firm rules for house sitting and care: • Clean Bedding Required: I am a dedicated pet caregiver, not a housekeeper, and changing heavy bedding is not part of my service. I require a clean, freshly made bed with fresh sheets prepared by you prior to my arrival. I do not change or remake bedding myself. Tipping & Supporting Independent Care: Pet care is meaningful work, and independent caregivers rely on client support to continue providing attentive, personalized care. Rover does take a massive 20% portion of each booking, so tips are always deeply appreciated when you feel your pet received exceptional care, communication, and attention. Thank you for supporting the time and dedication that goes into caring for your animals. When a pet stays with me we have a routine. Coffee (for me), breakfast, walk. And in the evenings we eat, play, have downtime. I guarantee an hour of exercise a day for your pet as well. I always appreciate a crate just in case but that doesn’t mean I’ll use it. My home is small so if your dog is a big chewer it might not be the perfect fit for boarding unless a crate is available. I’m home almost all day and can monitor animals closely and give plenty of love. I like to play outside with the animals twice a day. Water bowel is always filled and animals are always welcome on my furniture. They’re free to make themselves at home.

About: Hi! My name is Micah and I would love to take care of your dog or dogs! I have three rescues of my own and they are the sweetest, most adventurous dogs! My mom has always had dogs, so I’ve been helping take care of our pets from a very early age! I love taking our dogs on hikes, car rides, and walks. We are an active family! I work part time during the weekdays, but I’m always home 5 out of the 7 days! I have mostly open availability on the weekends so go enjoy a mini vacay :) I’ve worked for a rescue and also a pet supplies store. About: I've taken care of dogs, cats and chickens since I was 16. Back at home I dog, cat, and house sat for neighbors and friends. I have always been given great feedback and I love animals! I'm currently an undergraduate student at JMU! I have an extremely flexible schedule and will easily be able to take care of your pets! I am free 7 days a week although there are certain times that I do have class which we can discuss! I have 1 dog and 1 indoor cat at home! I live on a farm so we have a lot of land for my dog to run around! I am able to accommodate to pretty much anything and I love pets so they will be cared for with love!

About: I love all animals! I don’t have any because of my housing rules so I want to take care of your fur babies to get my animal fix! I am extremely flexible and caring. I take instructions well and am a fast learner. I am very observant, I will care for your home and pet like it was my own. I am also skilled in American Sign Language, as I am hard of hearing, and can teach your pet to respond to signs. I am also quick to respond with text in case of emergencies. I especially love puppies and kittens and am willing to clean up any messes. I am flexible on long term stay rates if you go on several day vacations. Thank you!

About: All my life I have cared for many different kinds of dogs. There was never a time when my family didn’t have atleast 3 dogs! I currently live on a farm with goats, bunnies, dogs and cats! I always make it a priority to walk my dogs as much as I can. I am very patient with my dogs and try my best to keep them trained while also having fun! Currently, my only commitments are within my graduate program, and I volunteer at a horse farm once a week. My weekends are completely free, as well as most of my mornings and early afternoons. About: I love dogs more than most people :) and am always looking to make more furry friends. I am also a massage therapist and give a doggone good doggy rub. I am happy and entertained by a good game of catch and retrieve and am as comfortable with 2 pound pups as I am with 200 pound pups. I also have a large yard at home and may be open to sitting at my home occasionally under the right circumstances. I am an RN by trade, so I am also comfortable dealing with special needs and conditions. If your dog likes the local dog park, that can be worked out as well. My favorite part of every day is dog time.. I have a large yard out in the county away from traffic and an old lazy 14yr old lab who is user friendly with others. About: I am a fur mommy to an amazing little guy we call Charlie Brown! He is wonderful with adults and children alike! We would love to find him some new friends by watching your cute fur babies too! In my house, someone is always home, so your pet would never be alone! We love to go on long walks through the neighborhood and the local park. Our Charlie Brown loves car rides! My husband is great with animals and loves to play with them! We also have a 4 year old girl who is learning to play with our dogs as well and a full of life 7 year old boy who loves animals, so playtime is all the time here! There is never a dull moment, that's for sure! If you aren't comfortable with your pet coming to our house, that's ok too! I (we) can come to you! I'm a trustworthy, respectful, playful dogsitter as well. Transportation is not an issue. I can stay over night or just check in from time to time with your little one. It's all up to you!
