About: I spent a lot of time with pets( mostly dogs) from taking care of close friends pets. With dogs I found better ways to behave them when they were with me, and considering I would take care of them a lot I managed to teach them tricks. I love spending time with animals of any kind. I had a cat when I was 13 and it was tricky because I got Lenny as an adult I would say. I learned how to manage litter boxes and the right food for both cat and dog. I do a lot of research when it comes to food so I know they have the right nutritions and I’m also skeptical when if comes or bagged food, so I do make my Own at times. I own 2 dogs now, one is a puppy and the other about a year and a half old. I’m also trying to save to go into MTC to study as a veterinarian to spend more time with animals. Taking care of pets fits in just perfectly. I currently have a part time job, but doing pet care on the side definitely helps balance my routine out and get some fresh air from working. In both client/my home, since I’m an early bird, I take them on walks to get them moving and give them time to potty, as I do with my dogs as well. I give them water and food, of course this varies on any directions given by the owner. They do get a lot of playtime and treats for good behavior. I make sure to let them potty at least every 2-3 hours out of habit from my pets.
About: I've provided care for cats and dogs ranging from kitten and puppy to senior. I've been walking and doing daily in-home visits for several years, as well as taking care of my own animals. I also have experience with lizards and rabbits. I work part-time, so I'm flexible and have more open availability. I'm usually avaliable on short notice and can make earlier morning or later evening visits or extended visits during vacations. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
