About: I have owned at least one dog for almost 20 years. For the last 8 years, my husband and I have owned and trained Labrador retrievers and gun dogs. I enjoy spreading our knowledge to those around us to include basic obedience. I have an outdoor area set up to take care of multiple pets. I currently work from home full time and am home all day long so your pet will be closely monitored and taken care of with ease. I have a fenced yard and outdoor kennel areas. I also have a large area inside my home where your pet can be kept inside. I do prefer crating all pets at night for their safety. Whether you prefer your pet to be inside or have no preference whether your pet stays inside or outside, we have both options. I have multiple pets in our home. **Please note if you are a new client and have not stayed with us, I do require proof of up to date pets vaccinations. This can be a quick photo of their records or a link to their records.

“Linda and her family took wonderful care of Navi! I received many cute pictures and videos of Navi having fun with the family. Navi had a great time and enjoyed her stay. Linda was also very flexible with her schedule which I very much appreciated. Looking forward to the next time, thank you so much!”

“Consistently wonderful, love the pictures Heather sends. The daycare experiences are so great for my dog Ewok, I can see that he's having a fun time :) Heather and her husband are so very kind to boot!”
“We could not have found a more loving and caring person to watch our Twinkle. Jessie went above and beyond making sure Twinkle felt confortable from day one. We met with her prior to our trip so Twinkle would be comfortable with her and her family as well as the house. When we dropped her she felt right at home. Jessie sent us updates and many pictures of Twinkle during her stay and we knew she was getting all the love and care she needed. Twinkle had a tumor removed a couple weeks before our trip and Jessie even did us the favor of talking her to the vet to get her bandage changed and took good care of her foot. Twinkle was so happy there that when I went to pick her up she was in no hurry to go home and went back to her bed! Your dog will be very happy in Jessie’s care. She also only takes a max of 2 dogs so your dog will be getting all the needed attention. We will definitely have Jessie watch Twinkle on our next trip or when we leave for a long day! Thank you Jessie. We are so glad we found you. Twinkle loves you.”
“Laurie is great! She really cares for the dogs and it shows. She sent lots of pictures and Maggie had a wonderful time. Maggie is looking forward to her next daycare visit.”

About: I am a compassionate babysitter! I love all animals and treat my pets like my children. I take my dog everywhere with me. From Starbucks for pup cups to Lowe’s to shop. She’s my shadow and I will treat your pet with the same kind of companionship. I am open to all request. Just let me know what you are looking for and we can figure out the schedule! Happy to be flexible with times and needs. I provide a safe environment at home. I have two pets of my own, a very calm golden retriever and a black cat that thinks she’s a dog. They usually sleep throughout the day. I work from home so your pet can hang out with me while I work. For drop in visits I would come solo without my dog (unless requested for play).

“Amber was awesome with Satue today! I was not able to pick up my fur baby, so Amber brought her home to me...appreciate her so much!! ❤️ I can tell Satue had a ball today playing with her friends. She's going to be knocked out tonight....LOL. Thank you so much Amber!!! 🤗😘👏👏”

“Tiffany was an absolute delight to book with!! From the very beginning, she was very prompt in her responses and answered any questions that I had. I am a newer dog mom, so she put me at ease due to her kindness and professionalism. She was very flexible with drop-off/pickup times, which I know can be tough for most. That was a huge plus! She also communicated throughout the day with updates and cute photos of my fur baby so I knew he was safe and well taken care of. If I could, I would give her 10/5 stars! I definitely plan to book with her again in the near future! Thanks again Tiffany!”

“Stephanie and her family are phonenominal! My dog had her first visit yesterday and was happy and tired from playing with their awesome dog, who is now her new best friend. I can't say enough about how Stephanie and her family went far above and beyond the call of duty yesterday, for us! I can't give this dog loving family enough accolades!”

“Rachel is very welcoming and displayed a high level of compassion for my fur baby. It was Gigi's first time being around other dogs, so I was slightly anxious. Rachel sent pictures of Gigi's progress throughout the day, which made me feel good. I will be a returning customer!”

“Jax loves Audree!! He gets so excited when he sees her. He has so much fun with the other dogs, he's ready to go to bed when we get home in the evenings! I appreciate that ?? Audree is very attentive and takes good care of Jax and the other dogs.”

“This was our first time using Rover and were unsure of what to expect. But, Ms. Cori made the experience really comforting with communicating through out the day and sending pictures. Kingsly had an amazing time and is looking forward to spending more time with Ms. Cori and her family.”

“Ligia took very good care of my dog during her post op. She really was flexible with drop off and pick up times. It was very nice having my mind at ease that my fur baby was with someone that was showing her attention and giving her medication after her surgery. Thank you so much!!! ❤️”

Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of July 2026, there are 836 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Morrisville. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Morrisville commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in VA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 836 sitters in Morrisville, 86% respond to messages in under an hour.
You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
