I enjoy spreading our knowledge to those around us to include basic obedience. I have an outdoor area set up to take care of multiple pets. I currently work from home full time and am home all day long so your pet will be closely monitored and taken care of with ease. I have a fenced yard and outdoor kennel areas. I also have a large area inside my home where your pet can be kept inside. I do prefer crating all pets at night for their safety. Whether you prefer your pet to be inside or have no preference whether your pet stays inside or outside, we have both options. I have multiple pets in our home. **Please note if you are a new client and have not stayed with us, I do require proof of up to date pets vaccinations. This can be a quick photo of their records or a link to their records.

About: In our home your dog will receive a lot of love from our family and companionship from our two dogs. We have a golden retriever and a Bernese mountain dog. They are both 3 years old. We have bred each of them once and are used to having small puppies around. We have a large, fenced backyard for your dog to play safely. Your dog will be part of the family during their stay. We will take them on daily walks and will receive lots of cuddles. Besides intermittent outings, I will be home with your dog, the whole time. I have had dogs for many years, but I have dog sat dogs for the last two years. Your dog will be a part of our family. I homeschool my children and so we are home most of the time. We do have outings but are usually back within 4 hours. I can usually accommodate our schedule if your pet needs care more often than that, if I know in advance. I have a fenced back yard and two dogs of my own. I can also crate the dogs or separate the different areas of the house if there are any safety concerns.

About: I grew up in a house full of animals (dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, fish) and loved it. Less than a year after moving out to attend college I got my own puppy (Havanese). 12 years later I found myself getting a second dog after my parents and a sibling adopted her other 2 sisters (English Cream Golden Retriever puppies). We dogsit for them, and of course they come to family get-togethers, so we're used to having extra dogs in our house! In 2025 we said goodbye to our first dog, and a few months later welcomed home our foster-to-adopt puppy (chihuahua-beagle mix). The kids love playing and cuddling with dogs and understand when they need space. My full-time job offers flexibility in my schedule allowing me to work from home 3x/week. I work early hours so that I can have more time available in the afternoons & evenings to spend with family/pets.
