“Andrea is very friendly and is very respectful of your schedule and time! My two boys seemed elated to have her over, and we would definitely use her again for drop ins!”

About: I have been around animals my whole life. I briefly worked in a vet clinic during undergrad, so I am comfortable with senior animals, active animals, and administering medication. I also volunteered with the San Diego Humane Society’s Wildlife program in the past, as well as the Long Beach Aquarium. Although I am used to caring for mainly cats and dogs, I love all animals and would love to help you with other pets such as guinea pigs, chinchillas, bunnies, birds, etc. My sister is also starting vet school this fall, so she is only a phone call away if needed. :) Your pet’s comfort and safety are top priorities for me, and I will care for them as if they were my own! I am a post-bacc student, and also a server/bartender 3 days a week. I currently have the summer off from classes (until late September), so I have more flexibility right now for pet sitting/walking. My times can vary a bit on the nights that I work at the restaurant, but contact me and I am happy to coordinate our schedules. I will have the utmost respect for your home and your pets. I know it can be scary to trust someone you don't know with your pet and home, so I strive to do a great job and keep your pet(s) happy! Please feel free to provide me with a list of rules and expectations, and we can work together to make sure you and your pet feel as comfortable as possible with me. I do not offer boarding in my own home at the moment, only because my 2 cats become very stressed when other animals are brought into the home. I need to respect their boundaries and comfort levels as well.

“Ashlee was great! She stopped in right on time, fed and played with Bella, scooped her litter, and topped off her water! Bella was a happy camper when I got home and she didn’t even notice I was gone 😂”

“Melissa was so great to work with and I can’t wait for her to stop by to see our pup Daisy again! She came over to meet Daisy before our first drop-in and it was an instant hit. I felt so comfortable before, during, and after the visit with all of Melissa’s great questions and update, and I know Daisy loved having someone come shower her with affection when I was out for a long day. We’ll definitely ask Melissa to come back again!”

About: I have loved dogs my whole life, but I did not realize how deep that love could be until I adopted my first dog, Flynn, 11 years ago. He was a 90lb German Shepherd with reactivity towards other dogs, which led me down the path of learning everything I could about canine behavior and training. I have taken multiple dog training classes focused on positive reinforcement techniques and have used tools such as clicker training, prong collars, and e-collars. I learned how to navigate situations in which Flynn was reactive, making sure I had full control of a very strong dog at all times. I raised Flynn from 8 weeks old (puppy shark phase) to his calmer senior years. The challenges I faced with Flynn taught me how to read canine body language, manage reactivity, and handle high energy, strong dogs with patience and love. After losing Flynn, I thought I could never get another dog again, but come February 2024, I welcomed 7-week-old GSD mix Artemis (Artie) into my life. It has been a completely different training experience in much more challenging ways. From potty training to crate training and leash manners, she has tested everything I have learned (and helped me learn more). Every challenge and every puppy shark bite has been completely worth it. She is now thriving and continues to learn thanks to consistency, structure, and ongoing enrichment. I also have hands-on experience with senior dog care. I started caring for our elderly family dog (Socrates) after my father passed away 4 years ago. He is now a 14-year-old Dachshund Terrier mix with limited mobility and some incontinence. I provide daily care, including hygiene and administering medication, and provide a clean, comforting environment to support his quality of life. He is getting a lot of treats and love in my care. My goal is to build trust and communication to maintain a safe environment for dogs and others. Whether your dog is a puppy in training, a reactive adult, or a senior who needs special attention, I bring patience and knowledgeable care. Every dog is different, and I take the time to get to know what makes yours special. I'd love to meet them and offer care you can trust. My life revolves around my sweet pup, Artemis (aka Artie). This means that besides work and taking care of her needs, I am quite open. I work remotely some days and can drop in on your babies during the day or in the evenings. On the weekends my availability is wide open. Building trust through consistent communication is important to me. Since I know that every dog is different, I understand each has individual needs and am eager to learn them. As a dog owner, I also understand how important it is for someone who is caring for your dog to know your dog and know what they need (I'm the type who writes a whole manual for any sitter). In my home, I have a senior dog who likes his alone time and an energetic, young GSD mix dog. For daycare, your pups can interact as little or as much as appropriate. I also have a small fenced yard where I can play with the dogs.

“Elli was incredible - SO responsive and responsible!! She took such great care of ShiShi while I was out of town. She was detailed with her questions and made sure that she had everything she needed to look after ShiShi. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!!”

“Chelsea was great watching my cat Jasper :) he's pretty shy, can be cranky, and keeps to himself but he warmed up to Chelsea pretty quickly. Chelsea sent great updates and pictures so that comforted me to know that my cat was in good hands 😊 Thanks Chelsea! I'll definitely use you again next time we are out of town!”

About: From dogs, cats, frogs, and everything in between, I’m an avid pet lover! My current rescue is a German shepherd mix named, Butters. I spent my day’s walking and playing with her. We also love visiting her fur friends! I am currently working part time so my availability is open Mondays-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for day visits. Weekends I’m free all day! I have a large, fenced yard with a loving fur baby, Butters. She is a social pup and would love some company! Dogs can be in and out of the home as they please. But bedtime is always inside! I also have room for a crate if needed.

“Sydney is the best! I'm such a worrying dog-mom, and she could not have been more perfect. She was highly communicative with me and was very easy to get in touch with. I also love that she is a vet tech. That put my mind at ease the whole time we were away. If she noticed small changes in my dog's behavior she would take precautions and monitored him like a pro. Even my neighbor commented on how wonderful she was and how our dog just fell in love with her. I will use Sydney every time we travel in the future!”

“Our dog and cat love Lilah! She's very caring with our babies, and has followed our wishes for their care including some training time! Her Rover cards are an excellent way to feel included in their day and she does an excellent job at them! We will continue to work with Lilah and strongly recommend”

About: What sets me apart is my genuine love for dogs and hands-on experience caring for my own 7-year-old golden retriever with sensitive skin and aging joints. I’m patient, attentive, and comfortable administering supplements or following special routines, especially for senior dogs. I treat every pup like family—whether they need a slow walk, extra cuddles, or detailed care instructions. Your dog’s comfort and safety always come first! Pet care fits perfectly into my current routine as I have full-time availability and lots of flexibility for walks, drop-ins, or overnight stays. I’m starting a new job in two weeks, so I’m currently prioritizing pet care while I have the extra time. Once I begin working, I’ll still offer part-time availability around my schedule—especially evenings and weekends—so I can continue spending time with pets and providing dependable, loving care. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or my client’s, I focus on creating a calm, safe, and comforting environment. I follow all care instructions closely—feeding routines, potty breaks, medication, and playtime are all handled with love and attention to detail. I keep their space clean, offer lots of affection, and make sure they feel secure and relaxed. I also send regular photo updates, so you always know your pet is happy and in good hands!

About: I love animals and I have my own fur baby, a gentle giant cane corso! I follow instructions given from pawrent and like to see other pets personalities. I’m currently working part time and full time student. Sundays are my only free days and being around pets would be a great way to not worry about school or work! I listen and follow instructions! As a fur parent, I know how important it is to have structure and routine in a pets life. Can’t wait to meet them!

About: I grew up with 2 cats and 2 dogs. In college, my roommate brought her dog in, and when she was away, I treated her dog as my own. I walked, fed, and played with her. I have a lot of experience taking care of them. I currently volunteer at the OC Animal Shelter in the kitten nursery and took a dog 101 course. No matter what type of pet you have, I would love to care for them. I'm free after 5 pm Monday-Thursday and Friday after 2 pm. Saturday and Sunday, I'm free most mornings, and I will always be free after 1 pm. I respond quickly and send however many updates/pictures you want. I will always keep an eye on your pet, even if they are in an enclosed environment. I will follow any instruction/schedule to the tee. Even though I'm energetic, if your pet wants a calm night, I will be able to provide it. My main priority is making sure your pet feels safe and loved.

About: Hello, my name is Halley and I have over 20 years of experience caring for animals in all shapes and sizes. I’ve owned 5 Guinea Pigs, 5 Dogs (raised from puppyhood), Cats (2 bottle feed kittens), fish, and even a horse for a short time. My mom is a professional dog trainer who owns her own business so I’ve grown up helping out training and rehabilitating animals. So no matter your pet care needs I can do it. I’m currently self employed as a personal shopper so my schedule is fairly flexible. I can do what’s best for you or your pets schedule. I can’t currently care for pets in my own home However I do have a big SUV and a pet of my own if you want a friend for your dog to play with. I’m currently self employed as a personal shopper so my hours are very flexible. I only work part time so it’ll be easy to schedule your pets needs first. I currently can’t board pets in my home however if you would like me to watch them in yours that would be no problem. When taking care of my own dog I like to take her for a walk to the local park once a day for about 30min to an hour depending on the weather and her energy. I also like to do 20 min of enrichment twice a day whether that’s playing with a toy together or chewing on her bully bone. These are all things I can incorporate when caring for your animal if you would like.

“Joy did a great job and our babies loved her! She even picked up the yard daily when it wasn't asked of her! Thanks Joy 🤗”

“Liana is a caring, compassionate, and detail oriented caregiver for pets. She's watched over my cat several times when I've been out of state/country and every time I've felt relaxed knowing she was taking good care of him. She always sends a good mix of pictures and videos on how hes doing, and easily completed feeding/litter tasks. But most importantly: she spent time with him so he wasn't lonely and made sure he was as relaxed and less stressed as possible. I'd recommend her every time to pet sit.”

Carli was so conscientious, helpful, and reliable. She took such great care of our pup, followed our instructions, sent us daily updates and pictures, and went above and beyond making sure our pup felt loved and cared for while we were away. Thank you again, Carli!

Mable was an awesome Rover who took great care of my cats and even befriended one of my shy cats that rarely lets anyone touch her. I would highly recommend hiring her.

Alaina is the best!! She watched our two cats while we were in Europe for a week and did an amazing job. She sent lots of pictures every day and our cats were both very help and well cared for when we got back. They love her and we will definitely book her for our next trip :)

Nona is the best! My dog loved her! She was response, on time and caring! I would highly recommend her!

April was super nice and easy to work with. My dog can be a little be apprehensive with strangers and April took the time to adjust to his needs. Would book again!

Elizabeth was a tremendous help taking care of our dogs while we were away on holiday. She sent us daily pictures and updates. It gave us ease of mind that our doggies were well taken care of. She is super nice and very gentle with our dogs. We highly recommend her and she will be the first one to call if we need a dog sitter!

Elsa was amazing. She took care of our cats, Bobbie and Zoee while we were away for two weeks. The attention given to our cats was incredible. She was proactive and had initiative. We received daily updates in both photos and videos. We appreciate it so much as our time away from our cats were free of stress and worry.

Melissa was so great to work with and I can’t wait for her to stop by to see our pup Daisy again! She came over to meet Daisy before our first drop-in and it was an instant hit. 5 Stars – The Best Pet Sitter We’ve Had! We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Marisol was absolutely amazing with both our cat Gin and dog Makii during her house drop-in visits. From the moment she met them, it was clear she had a genuine love for animals, our usually shy cat even came right up to her, which never happens! She was super attentive, gave both pets plenty of love and playtime, and kept everything incredibly clean and tidy. We came home to happy pets and a spotless home, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. If you’re looking for someone reliable, thoughtful, and truly great with animals, Marisol is the one. We’ll definitely be booking her again!

Harmony was super receptive to all of our needs & requests for our six month old puppy. She was gentle and kind with her from the beginning, and sent us plenty of updates throughout the day. When Hallie did some spooky barking out the window, Harmony went out of her way to close the blinds to create a visual barrier, practice Hallie’s tricks to get her confidence back up, and redirect her to help her settle back down. It’s so important to have someone so willing to patiently engage and be so tuned into our pup’s behavioral needs. We highly recommend her! We felt safe and comfortable with Hallie in Harmony’s care.

She’s the best! Love knowing that my kitties are being well taken care of, I trust Callie completely! Appreciate her flexibility as well.

Just returned home to Jasper who seems healthy and unbothered as ever. The updates and pictures reassure us and are something we looked forward to each day. And he even cuddled you! Thank you.
