About: As a passionate animal lover and experienced dog walker, I go above and beyond to ensure your furry friends are happy, healthy, and cared for. I understand the importance of trust when it comes to your pets, and I take the time to build a connection with them, making sure they feel safe and comfortable with me. Whether it's a quick walk or a long daycare visit, I provide personalized attention to meet their needs. For extended visits, I’m happy to add extra care, like washing and grooming, to keep them feeling their best. With my energetic and cheerful personality and a background as a singer, every visit is filled with warmth, play, and a little extra joy. Thursday to Sunday I'm always available. If you need care on those days don't hesitate to give me a shout. I'd be more than happy to speak with you. I enjoy washing you dog daily. I know they tend to get dirty very easily. Especially since ill be taking them to the park at least twice a day. I usually keep my pets on an organic diet so hemytcan be healthy. This will also help them live longer. I like to shy away from basic dog food as it doesn't usually provide all necessary nutrition. I also love baking homemade treats but sometimes do opt for feeding them organic treats as from the store. I think it's best to provide purified water for our furry friends instead of sink water. I also like to sanitize their bowls often to keep them free of bacteria. Don't worry, I rinse well after. Sometimes I like take them on car rides and love to watch movies with them. I have so much to say but I can't type it all.

“Thank you Briana for a great experience! Our Marty seemed to feel at home and very comfortable with Quincy. There’s nothing like knowing your pet is being cared for with love. We look forward to next time.”

About: I have a schnauzer/ terrier mix. Love my dog, I care about animals just like you do! Teach me how to take care of yours! I am currently on the job market, so I have lots of free time to take care of those fur babies! Love them all haha. I respect boundaries and limitations, especially at someone’s house, I work well with animals because they’re easier to babysit, not as unpredictable as humans haha.
About: Any chance I’m able to get, taking them out to be with other animals, playing with them or even just relaxing so they’re not alone is what I do. I always put any animal above myself because to me, I see all animals as our happiness and I don’t think anyone would want that destroyed. I’m very well aware of how to administrate medical orally. I have taken animals into my care before coming onto this app, as well. Pet care is the first thing I wake up to. I always take the babies outside before I could possibly think of anything. I do have a part-time job at an animal pet care, but it’s up to 5 hours and I’m back. All my attention goes to the fur babies for the rest of the day, regardless, it being from going to potty break, feeding time, wanting to go out for walks or even just staring into each other’s eyes waiting for the other to move first. They’ll always be my priority and I never leave them alone as I always let a family member know to keep me updated on the babies as I work. The backyard is spacious enough to play and roam around in. The walls are higher with gates on the sides and latches, to secure them from ever leaving or escaping. There is a park from my home that was just remodeled about a 5 minute walk. It is the loveliest place to take them for walks and just have a good time to relax and soak up the sun.
About: I’ve taken take of dogs since I was 18 years old, even before since I can remember we always had dogs and it was always more than 2, I love fur babies I love expressing and showing them my love. We adjust to any needs you or your fur baby needs I work from home, so I have the whole day to care for them, my whole family are home bodies so we can asure that they are always watched. My place is a safe place for your pup babies, if needed or requested to crate them I have availability for that, I love to keep them inside here and there, I keep a clean area for them and a big area for them to flush their energy all out. We also have cameras to always keep an eye on them and make sure they are safe, we asure to keep you updated with pics and more regarding your fur baby
“Thank you so much for taking great care of my Teddy Bear :) I appreciate the updates and all the pictures sent. You're very kind and we look forward to seeing you soon. 💙”

“Shayla is awesome!! We were a last minute, holiday weekend reservation with a potential "problem child" and she took amazing care of us. My girls loved her, her family and her home instantly. They were perfectly at ease here. Next time I'm in Pueblo I'm 100% going to her 1st! Thank you Shayla! You made our weekend perfect!!”

About: I’ve been a pet owner for 20 years and have owned dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. Since I was young I was always the primary caregiver for my pets. I would bathe, clean, groom, feed, and clean up after my pets. I’d make sure their areas were clean and safe, they had their water bowls filled and that they were fed good food. I’d walk them, run with them, play with them and make sure they were safe and sound. I am currently available every morning from 7:00 am until midday to walk your pets. I am available in the afternoons for boarding and other services. I have a safe home with room for small/medium dogs and cats. I have no fenced yard at the moment but I have a large dog run to allow dogs to go out for a restroom break/fresh air and they are allowed to be inside my home in the living room areas. I have kennels in the home that are routinely cleaned where they can rest at night.
“I would recommend Lidia to anyone looking for a dog sitter. She communicates and keeps you informed. My puppy enjoyed his time with her. Lidia was flexible and helpful. I would call her again to watch my puppy on my next visit. Thank you Lidia you are awesome.”

About: I have a 8 year old Maltese mix that I have taken care of since she was around 5 weeks old. Her mother died and I took her in from a friend of mine and she is healthy and happy to this day! I am originally from the island of Guam and flew her to live with me in Texas. Since then she has traveled to Hawaii, California, Washington, Ohio, Georgia, new Mexico, and Arizona! Growing up I also had many childhood pets that I took care of and loved including birds, fish, cats, hamsters, and rabbits. I recently got out of active duty and am a stay at home wife so I have a lot of time on my hands! I am available Monday-Sunday and most holidays. I treat all animals as if they are my children and give them all of the love and attention possible! I promise to give endless belly rubs and always ensure a safe environment for your fur babies. About: I’ve taken care of dogs in the past, just for friends, but I have experience with any size and any age since I’ve been able to have pups when I was 10 years old. Three years ago my Great Dane pass away from a kidney disease and I had to give her a lot of medications and IV fluids also my old Lab who had a neuro problem and needed special care to mobilize him, so I consider myself as a capable sitter. I’m a home student, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups. Usually I go to the gym 1 hour during the week. I try to run errands every Saturday, but that usually takes 1-2 hours max. I have a big fenced yard and a gentle Great Dane to keep your fur baby company. The house is fully secured with cameras so I can keep an eye on them while they’re playing. The house is big enough to play around in or outside and since I just moved, I have 3 empty rooms to give them space if needed.

Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of June 2026, there are 169 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Morning Glory. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Morning Glory commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 169 sitters in Morning Glory, 92% respond to messages in under an hour.
You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
