When my dog became elderly and needed more attention and care, Caroline administered medications, assisted him in walking down stairs, and slowed down to accommodate his needs. “Amazing! Paulina walks our pup every week and we have grown to trust her with our baby. Our pup is a shy and sometimes pees in anxiety when she isn't completely comfortable around someone. However, she really likes Paulina and seems to have really warmed up to her over the 4 days we were away. The whole time we were away, Paulina texted us pictures of her walks and updated us on her eating. Our pup can also be a picky eater when she is stressed. In the past we haven't been able to leave her alone for more than 2 days because she would pee in the house before each walk. We are not sure why but our pup has always been scared of her harness being put on by anyone other than me before going out for walks. In the past our pup has also refused to eat and lost weight if we were away for too long. When we came home, our pup seemed so happy and healthy. She ate every day and did not have a single accident with Paulina. I also have 2 cats and though I'm not surprised one of them never came out, the other greeted Paulina and she even let Paulina pet her. Overall, we are so thankful Paulina was available and impressed with how much our babies liked her. We had planned this vacation months ago but our other sitter got COVID days before the trip and we were going to have to cancel everything and loose money on everything that was nonrefundable. But thankfully Paulina was available! She really saved us! We will definitely work with Paulina again in the future for house sitting and continue to work with her for weekly walks with our pup.”

About: I entered the official pet-sitting business about a year ago, but I have a lifetime of experience with cats and dogs, young and old! I'm an active person who can walk a dog for as long as they need and will make sure they are loved & attended to while their human is away!! A super cool feat about me is that I am fluent in ASL and I can teach your dog sign language! I am home for the summer with full availability, grab your perfect chance for a getaway :)) I am currently home from college, so I have full-time availability over the summer! I am involved in extra curricular activities, such as working out and staying on top of softball, however both of these are VERY easy for me to move and work around a work schedule!! :) The best availability during the day for me is 10 am-3pm, and late nights starting around 8pm! I am super flexible with time as long as we can communicate:) I am a gentle but assuring pet-sitter who is kind, entertaining, and nurturing, but can also put a foot down if I have to! I can easily crate a dog if needed/wanted, keep a watchful and cautious eye on your pets for the entirety of our time together, and of course, ensure their food/water is adequate! I am great with dogs that are large, jumpy, or pulls! I am currently gaining experience with administering medical shots, but I have a ton of experience with medication such as eye drops or pills/pill pockets!

He has some anxiety, so when his behavior seemed a bit off at the beginning, she checked in just to let us know how he was doing and to ask if the behaviors were normal/what we usually do. Would absolutely recommend her and would also hire her again in a heartbeat!”

About: In my 12+ years of pet care experience I’ve taken care of dogs, puppies, cats, bunnies, chickens, pigs, goats, turtles, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, snakes, etc! I’m very comfortable with farm animals and would be open to caring for exotic animals as well! I’m currently a student athlete at Penn State, but since my sports season is over and my classes are online this semester my schedule is extremely flexible for the next few months! I have a partially fenced in yard with an extended woods on the back property which is perfect for hikes with furbabies! I have an indoor/outdoor cat who likes the fur friends who pass through her home, and can be easily accommodated should your furbabies not prefer cats! Plenty of space in the house for all animals to be comfortable and loved!

I have a special needs dog (anxious, fear-biter, doesn't like too many people) so was a bit concerned with having someone visit for outings, let along staying at the home while we were away. Interestingly, we came home a bit early, and Amy was in the backyard with Zoe, who saw us, but kept playing ball with her. It was as if she'd found her new BFF and didn't want the visit to end - smile. We WILL be calling Amy again to care for our critters. She is the best!”
