During the next few days she took wonderful care of our furbabies. She played with them and cuddled with them when they were moping and was persistent about trying to get them to eat. Pretty soon they were following her around everywhere. She sent us a lot of pictures of them and the house was immaculately clean when we got back. We would love for her to care for our babies again in the future.”

Before the first visit, I collect your vet’s name and number, an emergency contact, and any medical history I should know about, including allergies, medications, and reactivity around other dogs. If anything seems wrong, you’ll hear from me immediately. Trust I’m a full-time HR professional, so handling sensitive information carefully is already how I work. I treat your keys, door codes, and home the same way. Keys are labeled with your pet’s name only, never an address or unit number, and they’re stored securely at my place when I’m not using them.
