One of our cats in particular has a seizure disorder and needs medication to prevent them from happening. The first day Lauren gave us her "drop-in" report it contained a number of great pictures of both of our cats and a detailed message of all of the little tasks she completed (food, water, liter box, etc.). She also let us know that our cat put up quite a protest to receiving his medication from a stranger. However, she went out of her way to give our cat the space he wanted while also making sure he received his pill every visit. It is clear that she has immense experience caring for pets, even difficult ones like ours that may require a little extra work. Lauren was also extremely flexible and did not hesitate to accept an extra "drop-in" when we asked her last minute. She is an excellent communicator and provided regular detailed messages and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would highly, highly recommend Lauren for any of your pet-caring needs!”
