About: I have experience with puppies and older dogs. I understand the energy level of a puppy and also the medical needs of an older dogs such as diabetes and having to administer shots. I am retiring soon and would love to use my time to care for your pet. I had a dog walker for my Gracie and know first-hand the value it brings. About: I work from home on Fridays and Saturday and Sundays are made to hang out extra long with pets. Monday-Thursday I am in an office with the ability to come home during lunch. I have always loved having dogs of my own, but right now I do not have one. You and your dogs will be happy to know that I love long walks and snuggles on the couch. I also understand if there are certain rules/behavior expectations set by you the owner, that I will follow them implicitly since consistency is needed to have a well-behaved dog. I will treat your furry friend as if he or she were my own. I am available most days and am flexible to help accommodate your schedule. The experience I have in pet care has come from being a previous pet owner, but what comes with that is a true understanding how precious your dog is and that you are trusting me with that huge responsibility. I work from home on Fridays and am home on the weekend, and Monday-Thursday I work in an office close enough that I can stop in for lunch for a quick game of fetch in the yard. I have a fenced in yard and I also have space in my home if your dog requires to be crated. I also live close to a park for extra long walks if needed.
About: I started off by helping my mom when she did boarding at her house, then I worked my way to doing it on my own. I've had pets my whole life and I do animal care constantly at my school. I also have been a volunteer at the Toledo Humane Society since 2023! I've had experience with all kinds of animals, from hermit crabs to english mastiffs! I'm always willing to learn new things and get to know each animal individually. I work part time and go to school, so I might be too busy for pets that need a lot of attention or a strict schedule. I want what's best for your pet, so I will be very open with you about my schedule to make sure it works with your expectations! I make sure to send pictures of your pets while you're away! I absolutely love affectionate animals no matter the size, but I will also respect your pet's space if they're not so cuddly. I always ask questions when I have them, so you don't have to worry about me overfeeding or giving them the wrong treat!

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
