About: Hi! I’m Alana, an animal lover of all shapes and sizes. Growing up, my family had a pitbull lab mix and a chow/akita mix. Now I share my home with 3 German Shepherds, 1 Shar pei/bulldog mix, and 1 Jack Russel mix. Not to mention the 6 cats I have. So I know first hand what a pet needs to live life to the fullest! Through my own personal experience with my German Shepherds, I have dealt with and managed leash reactivity and dog to dog reactivity. I am experienced in a number of dog behaviors ranging from fearful, anxious dogs to super outgoing, active dogs. I have worked in the doggy daycare and boarding career for 3 years. It has given me lots of experience with dogs from the young active dogs to the seniors who just want love! I have a lot of experience with administrating medications, nail clipping, bathing, a basic training, and of course walks. As a pack leader, I have supervised groups of 5 to 50+ ensuring the safety of everyone and proper socialization. With working in this career, I have gone through Pack Pro training courses and learned all kinds of new things to help ensure I do my best to keep every dog safe and happy! I have worked with and am comfortable with dogs 2 lbs to 120+ lbs. I currently work full time at a doggy daycare and boarding facility. I am happy to be as flexible as possible for what my schedule allows. Sometimes I work mornings and sometimes I work late afternoons til mid evenings. I am open to accommodating anything your pet may need. I take pride in making sure every owner and dog is happy! As an owner I know how dogs aren’t just a dog but they are part of the family. I will provide daily pictures and updates to make sure owners are confident their dog is being well taken care of. Any animal in my care, I treat as if they were my own. I look forward to taking care of your pets! I currently have a full time job at a doggy daycare and boarding facility but am willing to open my free time to spend with your lovely pets. I am looking most for weekends but am open to week days as long as it fits around my schedule. I do not have a set schedule, it is different every week. I do not have a fenced in yard but I do have 5 dogs and 6 cats. I live on 1 acre so plenty of room to run!

I have experience working with and training reactive dogs, so I’m especially patient and aware during walks and new situations. I carefully follow all owner instructions, keep doors and gates secure, and can crate if needed. I’m also comfortable administering oral medications. About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life, i’ve even lived on a farm! I enjoy the company animals give me and how I can understand their love and appreciation without words. I have been around pets from dogs and cats, to turtles and ferrets. I have always been able to bond well with plenty of animals and it makes me happy knowing I can take care of them. I am a full-time college student at UToledo, majoring in Psychology! Although I am taking 5 classes, I still have many gaps in my schedule, and I would love to be able to use my time to play with animals! At the moment, I do not have my own animal, as my previous one passed away. I'd love to make my day a bit brighter and more exciting by watching your sweet animals! Unfortunately, I will not be able to pet-sit or care for any animals in my own home due to living in an apartment, having no fenced-in yard, and not having much space for pets to roam around. I am able, though, to go to anyone’s home to watch their pet and take it from there. I love being outside, so walks are definitely a must for animals that need lots of walking (or any cats/other animals who love to go outside). I will take pictures to send to the animal's owners, record medical information, clean up after the pets/bathroom area, and take on any other needed requests. I will ask questions and get to know what I can/can’t do with the pets before I try to do anything! I am very flexible, and I am here to help you and make your life easier!

About: animals are my entire reason for existence to be honest. i would spend every waking hour with them if i could. i raised a white siberian husky pup who lives with my uncle now because i already have too many animals in my apartment and im scared my landlord is gonna find out lol. the huskies name is lucy and she is my world and she is such a polite lady now and im so proud to say that i’m the one who raised her. i love her so much. i dog sit for my other uncles boxer allll the time and i have for years. his name is nash and he is absolutely INSANE but we love him. i house and dog sit for my neighbors and i have for as long as i can remember. the doggo is a pit bull named apollo and he is such a distinguished gentleman. i work in retail and i bartend and my schedule varies but if i have something going on, i will go out of my way to free my schedule for your sweet babies the pets in my home are spoiled beyond extreme and i have no shame in admitting that. they are living their best lives and they know it. i will do everything in my power to make your pets feel loved and cared for, however that may be.
