About: I don't think I've ever not had a dog! I have taken care of dogs of all ages and backgrounds growing up not only did I dog sit for friends and family, but my family fostered rescue dogs for the mid-atlantic german shorthair pointer rescue. I have some rudimentary puppy training knowledge, and I’m very comfortable around puppies! I am well versed in senior dog care including administering medications. I also have experience in dogs that have some mild to medium temperament issues from working with rescue dogs and my past dog sitting experience. I am an early bird so it would be easy for me to cater a short commute to school or fit in some morning exercise for your pup. I am a college student who has class every day during the week, from mid-morning the earliest being nine thirty and ending early in the afternoon two o'clock at the latest. I am very active and I often go for runs/walks in the evening and I would love to have a dog along come with me! At home I have two very active dogs and I have had very high energy dogs my entire life at home. I’m always throwing a dog toy either into the pool or a ball in the yard. I treat all of my clients dogs like my own! Even if it's just for a quick visit or a walk!

About: Hi, I'm restarting my animal care business. I want to ensure a stimulated experience with a swift pace and consistent disciplined walking style of what I like to refer to as "nose to toes," where the dogs stay no further than my toe, to my sides, or behind me. I also have experience with aggressive dog behavior, so if a single walk is necessary, I can do that. I have been in the animal care business for as long as I can remember, and I know Fairlington very well since I grew up here. I now live in Harper's Ferry in West Virginia. I will be able to track my walks with a phone app that will track your dog's walking pace, distance traveled, and the route we take. I usually do pack walks of 3-5 dogs depending on size, but I can do singles if needed. I'm also able to cat-sit/dog-sit and care for exotics and birds (no insects). I'm flexible because I have my own cleaning/organizing/declutter business. I wake up however early dog might need be let out or pet given meds, and give at least 3 long 30min-hour walks depending on the energy level and few let outs throught the day if needed for young pups or older if bladder is sensitive. Plenty of loves and can work on training or stimulated play time with toys and puzzles. I will be professional and not have any guests over ever, and always keep doors locked when not there and if plants need care I can help with watering. I have 4 animals myself so it's pretty automatic to just add another pet cuz I've cared for multiple animals at a time or drop in visits when needed throughout my day. Whatever the fmaily requests for schedule when to feed, medicate(if needed), amount of walks and play time needed to make sure they're healthy and stimulated. Whenever they're ready for bed, crate if needed requested by parents, and make sure they go outside(dogs) to ensure no accidents throughout the night. I give them just as much love and attention and play as my own. And feed round same schedule unless instructed otherwise. Giving exercise and play time when needed. And kept to routine of crating if owners instruct.

I am comfortable will all dog breeds and ages, and have experience with different types of dogs. I have a German Shepard that needs frequent play time and takes medicine daily; I am comfortable giving medicine to dogs. i am a part time student so i have class on thursday at 4pm. i am available during the week except for tuesday’s and maybe thursday but my class is online so as long as your comfortable with me doing my school work while i pet sit! i can do weekends! i want to be more active so i’m up for dogs who love exercise but i can also chill with dogs who are a little older or aren’t as active. i am comfortable with doing anything the pet needs for its comfort/routine.

About: I was born and raised on a family farm. From the time I was born I have been riding in tractors and taking care of all sorts of animals. Growing up we always had dogs and cats in our home. I have always loved rescuing strays and rehabilitating injured animals of all shapes and sizes. I now have three fur babies of my very own and they are my life! If you entrust your pet with me I will not take it lightly as it is a deep honor and privilege. I love spoiling animals and giving them all the love. If I ever won the lottery I would adopt all of the oldest animals at the shelter and take them to my pet sanctuary. About: I've always been around animals. Whether it was family pets or animals I showed in FFA, I've always had animals near and dear to my heart. Currently I'm working part time and have lots of time to devote to your fur babies. I'm available for house sitting, drop in visits, or dog walking (they can help me get my 10,000 steps in) I understand all things routine involving fur babies, I can walk them when needed, play and take care of them so you have peace of mind while you're out.

“We appreciated that she spent time with our dogs and kept them company while we were away. It was clear they were being given attention, which meant a lot to us. However, there were a couple of concerns that are important to mention. We have cameras in our home, which she was made aware of in advance. While most were turned off, we left the front door and one camera in the dogs’ area on. At one point, one of our dogs had an accident in that room. The footage showed that it was seen multiple times but not addressed. I only became aware of the situation after receiving several notifications and had to reach out to ask that it be cleaned. This made me feel that it may have been left unattended otherwise. Additionally, we had left our house key in a lockbox on the door. While the key was placed back inside, the combination was not reset. Since we were out of town, this felt like a safety concern, as it left our home more accessible than we were comfortable with. That said, I’m still giving her 4 stars. I know she’s just starting out, and these are all things that can easily be improved with a bit more experience. Overall, we’re grateful for the care she showed our dogs and appreciate her help.”

I welcome dogs of all sizes who are friendly with other dogs, cats, and people. For boarding, I have a large fenced backyard and keep things small and relaxed — more like a home than a kennel. Fridays are my day off, so walks are unhurried and get my full attention. For boarding, I'm home all weekend, so any dog staying with me has someone around rather than sitting alone in an empty house. My Cavalier Louie lives here full time, so any boarding dog will be introduced to him gradually and supervised until I'm confident they're comfortable together. For house sitting, I follow the owner's routine as closely as possible so the dog's environment feels as normal as it can while they're away. Photo updates are sent throughout any service.

About: Life is Good with pets! I have been providing professional pet care services for dogs for over 5 years. I have always had different dogs in my life from childhood to adulthood. I’ve seen how happy my own pet is from taking him on regular walks and I am excited to provide this same experience for other pets.
