“We found a gem with Susan and her family. She requested a walk through before our first boarding, which completely put our minds at ease and made sure our two dogs were a good fit. While away, she sent regular updates and pics of our girls to let us know they were being loved on. I actually think they missed playing at Susan’s when we brought them home! “Kristin was very nice and took great care of our dog Marshall while we were out of town for a week. Marshall is a nervous pup and she was very accommodating to us. She even allowed us to bring his kennel as he gets very anxious if kenneled a lot. Marshall seemed very happy when I picked him up. My only critique is that updates were not provided. I requested an update and received one later that day and then nothing the rest of the week.”
