I’ve owned cats and dogs my whole life but I also have experience handling rats, guinea pigs and other small animals! For the last 5 years i’ve been actively watching pets and I love learning each pets unique personality. I’m available for walk-ins, overnights, boarding in your home and walks! I also have experience administering medication, kenneling & house keeping. My work schedule fluctuates but I get off everyday before 5! I can watch anytime after then or on my off days or before ! About: I’ve always been an animal lover since I was little. Throughout college I have done all sorts of pet/house sitting for friends, family, coworkers etc. I have house sat for a family friend that required feeding and watering horses, milking goats, reptile care, rabbit cleaning care, medicating cats/dogs if needed, you name it. I currently have a Corn Snake, a Western Plains Hognose Snake as well as a Crested Gecko. I have been a Veterinary Receptionist for over 5 and a half years now. I was also an Animal Keeper for about a year with native Illinois Wildlife (including black bears, cougars & bobcats). I am currently transitioning to being a Veterinary Assistant so I am gaining new skills weekly! Currently working a max of 30 hours at my day job as a Veterinary Assistant but recently have been working less. Typically I have Sundays and Wednesdays off during the week but sometimes get another random week day off depending on how busy we are at the clinic. My shifts can vary from 8am to 2pm; 8am to 4pm; 9am to 3pm; 9am to 5pm or even 8am to 6:30pm. The earlier I’m off during the day I am able to help after that too. Your home is their home. I will cater to your pet based on what they like or need. If they just need someone to keep them company I’m there. I will treat your space with respect and follow any instructions given. My pets are family and are treated as such so the same would go for your kiddos.

I have 1 dog and 5 cats of my own who are my babies and also grew up with tons of animals my whole life so I have lots of experience with different pets! :) I also have experience caring for rabbits and other small animals. About: I have owned dogs since I was 8 years old! From raising two puppies to housing a friends dog temporarily, I have acquired experience with training dogs as small as french bulldogs to as big as pitbulls! I have a passion for animals and truly treat them as family. I work part-time in the summer at a retail store where the shifts are 4 hours (but with enough notice I can request off and be available for all your pups needs!) I currently attend the U of I in Urbana-Champaign, but can pet sit/drop in most Fridays-Mondays! While I cannot offer a space in my home for your pup, I can assure you that your dog will be taken very good care of in your home and that I will do my utmost to ensure your environment is left as untouched as possible!

About: i have taken care of several breeds of dogs from the bichon’s to mastiffs! I have a beagle/shar pei mix who is 12 years old and a pit bull who is 2. We have 4 cats and I am an animal lover through and through! i am a stay at home mom of 2 and so my availability is open typically very flexible!. Up until now I have done this strictly in after work/school hours, but now have much more availability and hope to be able to branch out to more families! I will always respect the home of my client and their animals. We will go over any wants and needs and you don’t have to worry about anything else while you are gone! I am a Rover user myself and understand how important it is to feel stress free and in good hands when you are gone.

About: I’ve always had a deep love for animals, growing up with dogs, cats, birds, and even lizards. My mom was an animal lover, and I’ve followed in her footsteps. I helped my dad with his three cats that my mom used to care for before she passed, driving an hour every week for grooming and bathing (one of them is a bit oversized!). I’d love to care for your beloved pet. Although I can’t have pets of my own due to my wife’s allergies, this makes pet sitting my dream job! I regularly care for my father’s cat, Jack, traveling over an hour each way, so distance is not an issue for me. I work seasonally for a cemetery in Bloomington which leaves me laid off from December 1st to March 1st each year. So I am highly available in that 3 month span, and then on weekends during the rest of the year. I’m here to support you and your beloved pet. About: Hi there! I’m a college student and lifelong animal lover who’s grown up surrounded by all kinds of pets. I spent my whole life on my family’s farm, where I helped care for everything from dogs, cats to livestock. Currently, I work at a dog boarding and daycare facility, where I get to spend my days caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Between that experience and years of helping friends and neighbors with pet sitting, I’ve learned how to make every animal feel comfortable, safe, and loved while their people are away. At home, I have two dogs and a cat of my own, so I completely understand how much trust it takes to let someone else care for your pets. My goal is always to treat your pets like my own. I currently offer house-sitting, drop-in visits, and dog-walking, and I’m happy to tailor each visit to your pet’s routine. About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats and reptiles. I am a former vet assistant who want to continue working with animals as I have so much love to give. I am currently working full time but I live with multiple people who are willing to help me with boarding. I don’t work all day so I would love to take your pet for walk! I also can do drop ins on my days off which I have 3 days off a week. I also have a partner who is in this with me who loves animals as much. I have 4 dogs and 2 cats. The house stays clean and we are neat freaks and we have an up and downstairs in case of wether safety. I have practiced. Weather safety with my animals and continue to due so. My animals have ever shot you can think of and they are on flea and tick prevention and heartgard.

About: Through out my life I've had several different furry friends (and fish!). I have worked with all kinds of animals from ones that love to run and play to ones that would prefer to lounge around all day! My fur baby, Dodge, is a mix of the two so im sure to cater to each side of him by providing different types of enrichment and trainings for each mood. I am currently a stay at home wife looking to make some pocket money while doing something I love! I'll have plenty of time to look after your lovely animal children! Most of the times, short term stays or quick check-ins work best for me, but I am open to talks regarding longer stays. I am a strong believer in spending as much time with pets as possible, so I plan to enact that with your fur babies as well. I will send you pictures of your fur baby on walks or lounging on the couch with small updates.

About: I've owned animals all my life. As a kid in school I had two Mastiff puppies who were with me until they were 6. As they had health issues that came on later in their life! My mom has 4 yorkies who I have lived with and taken care of one of them was just put down. I currently have a 2.5 year old German shepherd, 1.5 year old Rottweiler mix and a 7 month old German shepherd. Who love to have friends. They love all animals! I'm currently working from home so I am very flexible with times needed. I currently have a home with no fenced yard. But lots of space for dogs to play and run. I also live right around the corner from a dog park. I am currently working from home! So I have plenty of time to drop in and play with your dogs let them out. Take them for walks anything your sweet pup desires! I currently have no fenced in yard but have a lead and am always out with the dogs when let out! I also have 3 friendly dogs who all love to meet new friends and keep them company.

About: I have been fortunate enough to gain years of experience working with animals in both a shelter and medical setting. I am well trained in various routes of medicine administration as a result and love every dog I meet. I just want to be able to make a difference for the pets and their families within my community. I do currently work a full time schedule as a veterinary technician, and study part time, so I generally have a rather busy schedule. I am well-disciplined, however, and manage my time around all of my commitments appropriately, and your furry friends hold a high priority for me.
