She gave me updates at least every day or even twice a day plus photos of my cat. When I came to pick up my cat she even gave me a gift bag with two photos of him. He was able to relax into her place quickly and he enjoyed every moment of it. I would highly recommend her for your pets when you want someone to watch over your fur babies.”

They accepted my last minute booking, were extremely responsive and friendly throughout the process. The facility they have setup is outstanding to say the least and has private kennels so your pet can rest peacefully. During the day it was clear my pet received a ton of attention as the whole family came out to say goodbye and my dog was extremely happy when I picked her up. Would use again in a heartbeat and highly HIGHLY recommend!!!”

So, from our very first meet and greet, she made me feel at ease and worry free. She has 2 babies of her own, and they got along like new best friends. Tracy sent me daily updates with pictures. I couldn't have found anyone better. I will definitely be using Tracy again in the future....if she'll have my Chewie ! She did such a great job of playing with them and giving them time outside in her fenced yard to run around. Then they can inside and she cuddled them and loved on them like they were her own. She sent tons pics and updates to let us know they were well taken care of!! We will definitely ask Thu Hang to watch them again. I think Otto and Murphy considered her house their second home!😊”
