Kyle and Laura provided truly exceptional care for our four dogs - Hazel, Yuki, Brandy, and Remy. From start to finish, they were communicative and incredibly attentive. The meet and greet beforehand was a wonderful experience and immediately put us at ease. It gave us the opportunity to get to know Kyle and Laura, ask questions, and see how naturally they connected with our dogs, which made us feel confident we had found the right sitters. One of the things we appreciated most was the abundance of photo and video updates they sent throughout the stay. Seeing our dogs happy, relaxed, and enjoying both going on walks and lounging at home gave us tremendous peace of mind and made it clear how invested they were in the happiness of the dogs. Kyle and Laura showered our dogs with affection, attention, and enrichment through plenty of play and walks. It was obvious that they took the time to understand each dog's unique personality and needs, ensuring that every one of them felt comfortable, secure, and loved. Yuki is still a puppy and has a sensitive stomach, so she experienced a few episodes of vomiting during her stay. Kyle and Laura were incredibly understanding, and reassuring throughout, and we greatly appreciated the care and concern they showed her. We were especially impressed by the compassion they showed our pup Hazel during a thunderstorm. When the dogs became anxious and unsettled, Kyle and Laura responded with reassurance, helping them feel safe and comforted during a stressful situation. They even made a burrito blanket to help Hazel feel secure and safe. Their nurturing approach speaks volumes about the level of care they provide. In our opinion what sets Kyle and Laura apart is their genuine love for animals and their commitment to treating pets as if they were their own. Their updates were detailed, their care was meticulous, and their dedication was evident in every interaction. We returned home to 4 happy pups and had complete confidence that they had been exceptionally cared for throughout their stay while we were away. We would not hesitate to book with Kyle and Laura again and fully intend to use them for future stays. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate, and outstanding pet sitters. 10/10! Our Jolie always receives the very best care at Kyle and Laura’s. They are very dedicated to her comfort and care. So fortunate to have found them.

Another great booking with Kyle and Laura, highly recommend them and we have no hesitation boarding our pets with them again. They were attentive to the dogs and cats. They took the dogs on daily, if not 2 walks/day. Our dogs and cats loved the cuddles and all the attention and play time they got.

Kyle and Laura were absolutely amazing with Mardi over Easter weekend. They took him on walks, played games with him, and gave him so much love and attention while we were away. They kept us in constant contact, sending updates about their daily activities along with multiple photos, which made it so easy for us to relax and enjoy our trip without any worries. This was our first time using Rover, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be using Kyle and Laura again for future trips.
