About: I am a veterinary student at Utah State looking for a side job! I have over 6 years of experience in the veterinary field working as a veterinary technician. I have over 4 years experience in pet sitting. Comfortable working with pets of all sizes, breeds, and ages. I will be a full time veterinary student in the fall. I will be available nightly and during the day for drop ins. Available on the weekends. I am a trained vet tech so I am willing to work with pets of any breed or age. Even pets that need extra attention. Trained and have experience with pets that require medication administration if needed.
“Sadie was incredible with our cats! We booked very last minute before the Thanksgiving holiday, but she still made time in her busy schedule to come and do a meet and greet the day before our trip, which I really appreciated. She was very responsive, and took great care of our cats while we were away. Our more reserved/standoffish cat even took to her pretty quickly! (: I appreciated the pictures and comments that she left about how the cats were doing, and loved that she spent time playing with them. This was my first time using Rover, and I would definitely hire Sadie again!”

About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals, everything from turtles to goats, dogs to chickens! I’m flexible and willing to work with you however I can! I am a stay at home mom to 4 little ones. During the school year, 3 of them are gone most of the day. Other than nap time in the afternoon, I’m generally very flexible! I will always take great care of your animal and treat them like my own. I have 4 small children so any pet that would come to my home would have to be really good with kids. I’m happy to do pop in visits at your home if you are unsure about how they will do with kids. Being crate trained for night time is very beneficial!
“Ellaine responded very quickly and was able to come on short notice. She was great to work with in making a longer care plan for my kitty and I’m excited to have her come back! Thank you!”

“We’ve never been less than 100% thrilled when Cynthia watches our cats! They adore her, and we always come home to happy, healthy little guys. I genuinely could not praise her highly enough.”

About: I have had pets my whole life. I love them like family. I have raised puppies and have taken care of senior dogs with medications. I will keep things organized and clean. Both my husband and I work from home. I only work part time and can make lots of time for play with your dogs. They will not spend long hours with nobody at home as both of us are home majority of the time! I have a fenced yard and one 13 year old cockapoo who is friendly with other dogs. I do have 2 outdoor cats that will be around but generally keep their distance from dogs.
About: My son and I love dogs and I enjoy caring for our furry friends while trying to make ends meet. We hope to find some clients to build long term relationships with. We have been taking care of dogs for the last few years and have been grateful for repeat visits. We would love the opportunity to care for your pet when needed. We enjoy discovering their unique personalities and offering new experiences to them on occasion. We have watched both puppies and older adult dogs. We have raised a puppy to adult, and cared for new born puppies. We live in the River Heights/Logan area but could possibly do other locations as well. Please reach out to us if you think we would be a good fit for your family! I work Monday through Friday but only about 2 minutes away. I prefer to be at home with the dogs but after they visit a few times I may be able to have them visit during the week or get permission to work from home on occasion. I am currently working nearby 8-430 so I'm most available on the weekends. My son is also available sometimes during the week. When I return home I usually spend quality time playing, walking and cuddling with my dog and or others, I have a large fenced yard, doggy door, and access in the home. I can crate my dog or your dog as needed. I am flexible and work to make sure the environment is safe and watch the dogs as they explore to identify possible issues as dogs aren't always predictable, just like many of their humans.

“We couldn't have asked for better pet sitters! Cody and Amanda took such great care of our two dogs and our crested gecko while we were away. Both dogs get quite anxious when we are gone; it was such a relief knowing they were getting lots of love and were well cared for. We loved getting updates and pictures with each drop in visit. We'd definitely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for caring and dependable pet sitters!”

“Julie does a great job! She leaves feedback each day, with pictures, and lets me know the moods of our kitties each day. They seem to enjoy her because they don't run and hide when she arrives. I don't worry about them while I'm away because I know they are being well taken care of. We have used her a couple of times now, and will not hesitate to ask her again!”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Millville
I was really worried about my cats being alone while I was getting married and on my honeymoon out of town. Kati came over to meet my cats a few days before we left and allowed me to show her around and how to care for them. She did a wonderful job taking care of them. One of my cats is very skittish and doesn’t do well with new people. Every visit she included a picture of them which helped put my anxiety at ease while so far away, My skittish cat was clearly comfortable with her even coming out to play and get groomed. She even cut their nails and brushed them for me. Kati was a wonderful pet sitter, I 10/10 recommend her and will definitely use her again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Millville. On Rover:

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
