“Cyndi was INCREDIBLE with our cats! They can be a little standoffish, especially with new people, but she won them over right away. It was such a relief to be able to travel and know that they were happy and well taken care of. She’s awesome!”

“Jessica was a wonderful sitter! She loved our kitties like her own. She gave us many photos and our kitties loved her! I will definitely be using her again if I need help with my babies!”

“Nichole was great! She provided great updates and communication, and I could tell she really cared about my cats. I get so nervous going out of town, but it was clear my babies were in good hands.”

“Laura was great! They met my pets before starting the job, were warm and asked questions about my cats. I received a lot of pictures of happy cats during my time away. Never once was I worried about my pets and it gave me such great peace of mind. I’ll definitely rebook with Laura.”

“Not many pet sitters on Rover know how to take care of cats. I'm glad I found Amanda & Cody. Both were super responsive and friendly, and shared pictures with us after every check-in. They took great care of Nyx & Ozzy. We came home to well fed, hydrated, happy kitties. Their litter box was also clean. I would definitely book them again, and recommend them to other cat parents.”

About: Animals have been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember and are my biggest special interest. I grew up taking care of a multitude of different pets including cats, dogs, and birds…I love them all! I make sure to stay up to date with new pet care and training ideas. I believe in using positive reinforcement to build strong and healthy relationships with our pets and have taken courses in dog body language and have familiarized myself with Canine and Feline CPR and heimlich maneuver. I can’t wait to meet your furry family member! I generally work in shifts of 4-5 hours so the longest your pet will ever need to be left by themselves is 5 1/2 hours I have a friendly 2 year old golden retriever who would love to keep your dog company if wanted otherwise I’m happy to visit your dog by myself. I can crate train or let your dog free roam, whichever you are most comfortable with
“Makayla was amazing with my cats! She sent me photos, kept the place clean, and my cats were happy as ever when we got home. She is very responsive and easy to work with! Thank you!!!”

“Zenia was great! Thank you for spending time with my cats while I was away and making sure they were taken care of. It was relieving knowing somebody was giving them the attention and care they deserve.”

About: I have been walking dogs since I was ten and house/dog sitting for three years. I have always loved dogs and the energy they bring to a room. I aim to ensure each dog I come into contact with feels the same love and joy they give me! I am a full-time student at USU. I have classes Monday through Friday, all ending at 3:20 p.m. I am available at all times after that, on weekdays and anytime on weekends! To provide a safe and trusting environment, I keep an eye on all pets and do counts if there are multiple pets as often as possible. Safety is my priority, and building a trusting relationship is also essential!

“Izzy is wonderful! She has been so friendly and easy to work with. I could tell by the pictures that my cat loved and trusted her and she was so great with him. She was excellent about keeping in touch with me and answering my questions. I appreciate her so much and would definitely book her again!”

About: Animals have always been an important part of my life! I’ve cared for a variety of animals both at home, at work, and in volunteer positions. I also worked as a vet tech where I helped care for sick patients and boarded dogs/cats. I have experience with basic medical care and medication administration. Now that I’m a stay at home mom, my two wild dogs and particular cat keep my on my toes. I’m currently a stay at home mom so I can provide all-day care for your furry friend. I usually leave my dogs outside if I have to go somewhere, but I can also crate your pup if it’s cold outside. My two energetic dogs love to play and are very friendly. You can be sure your pup will come home worn out from running and playing in our fenced yard. Dogs may come indoors during the day but we also have a large dog house if it’s cold or windy.
“Second time leaving my dog with Chevelle. She is very responsible, kind and thoughtful and she took such good care of our Cassie, even taking her to her own house to play with her dog! I feel calm knowing my dog is in such good hands and can enjoy my trip, and I will definitely ask Chevelle to look after Cassie again when I’m out of town. Highly recommend!”

About: I spent a year volunteering multiple days a week at the Humane Society in El Paso, TX, with puppies and older dogs, while I was stationed nearby. I have rescued and trained dogs of my own for most of my life. I have assisted in training a Service Dog. I have a lot of free time to fill during the week and weekends. I am looking to add some extra income to cover bills. I am working part time. I am only working part time with a lot of availability to accommodate your various needs. I can always adjust to fit your schedule as needed. Due to restrictions for my townhome, I can not allow pets to come to my home even for a short stay. I love to go visit and take them out from their homes.

Logan cat parents share their Rover experiences
Jessica was great with our 2 cats! Super communicative during every visit, our cats liked her (even our shy cat!), and she followed our directions perfectly. We got home and felt like we could get right back into our routine instead of triple checking that everything is well. She was really kind and accommodating about some scheduling mix ups on our end which was amazing. Would definitely trust her again and would recommend to any anxious travelers for some peace of mind.
