“10/10 would recommend! Jessica and Guillermo were so amazing at taking care of Zip. Zip is a reactive dog and we were quite anxious leaving him with a sitter for the first time. Jessica made us feel so comfortable for the entire week she stayed with Zip. She was communicative and sent lots of pictures that made us know he was in great care. She respected all the instructions we gave for taking Zip on walks and was very comforting knowing we were a little nervous to leave him. We had some travel delays getting home and Jessica made accommodation to stay extra time so we didn’t have to worry about Zip. Jessica and Guillermo stayed at our apartment for the week as well and were incredible guest. They were clean and gracious and even cleaned up before leaving. About: My experience includes my own dog of 14 (and current) years, owning exotic pets, going to a trade school for animal science, graduated from community college and planning to go to vet school in the next 2 years. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
