Jessica made us feel so comfortable for the entire week she stayed with Zip. She was communicative and sent lots of pictures that made us know he was in great care. She respected all the instructions we gave for taking Zip on walks and was very comforting knowing we were a little nervous to leave him. We had some travel delays getting home and Jessica made accommodation to stay extra time so we didn’t have to worry about Zip. Jessica and Guillermo stayed at our apartment for the week as well and were incredible guest. They were clean and gracious and even cleaned up before leaving.
