“I am so thankful for Angela! I booked her last minute on a holiday weekend for an early morning drop-in visit. She came to meet my fur babies the Friday before their scheduled drop-in which made me feel so much more comfortable. She fed, watered, let them out to potty, and stayed an extra 30 minutes to give them some extra play/exercise time out of their kennel. She messaged me as soon as she arrived, left, gave me a report on the boys, uploaded pictures, and let me know they were safely back in their kennels before leaving. Her communication skills were great, she did everything exactly as I asked, and I know the boys were well taken care of while they were in her care! We will definitely be using Angela from here on out for all of our drop-in needs! Thank you, Angela for your excellent care!”

“Brittany was exceptional! You can tell she loves animals. I will definitely reach out to her again when I travel. Thank you from Lisa, Jezzy and Merri Margaret”

About: I am a pet person! I’ve had dogs since I was a child and have cared for my own dogs and cats throughout my adult life. Animals have always been part of my family, and I truly love caring for fur babies of all ages and personalities. I treat every pet like my own, with patience, affection, attention, cuddles, and lots of love. I understand how important it is for pet parents to feel confident their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for, and I take that responsibility seriously. I’m known in my community for taking care of friends’ pets when they’re away. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine because I work from home and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets lots of attention, supervision, walks, and companionship throughout the day. I live in a safe, walkable neighborhood and love taking dogs on walks, playing with them, and making sure they feel comfortable and loved. My home is very pet-friendly, I have a large, fenced in backyard, and I genuinely enjoy having animals as part of my daily life. I provide a safe, loving, and comfortable environment where pets are treated like family. I have a secure fenced-in backyard with plenty of green space for dogs to safely play, explore, and get exercise. Pets will receive lots of attention, supervision, affection, walks, playtime, and care throughout the day. I’m happy to follow each pet owner’s routines, feeding schedules, medication instructions, and any special preferences to help pets feel comfortable and secure. If needed, I can also crate pets according to the owner’s instructions and comfort level.
“Haley was amazing with our pups! She had great communication with us during our trip. All 3 of our dogs were very comfortable with Haley. Unfortunately it rained most of the time Hayley was pet sitting but she kept the pups entertained inside. We will 100% be asking Hayley to pup sit again!”

“Danielle did a great job caring for our cats and fish. She was thorough, kind and very communicative. I appreciate her care for my pets, and plan to reach out to her again when we need pet sitting. Recommended!”

About: I have previous experience in dog, cat, and house sitting. I’ve had several pets throughout my life and all have lived long healthy lives in my care. I currently volunteer with House of Mews on a weekly basis. I have knowledge and experience in caregiving, bathing, and administering medicine. I follow directions well and will give your furry friend the best care possible. Priced may vary depending on distance! Currently working my own hours, so I am flexible and free to visit whenever you need me. If you have any special requests, just let me know and we can work out pricing. My home is unfortunately unavailable for boarding. But I’m comfortable taking care of pets in all types of environments and don’t mind traveling with them in my car if you’d like me to enrich their day at a dog park or on a nature trail.

Keeping them engaged, or just relaxing with them on the couch; whichever they prefer to make sure your pet has the most comfort. Keeping their environment clean, tidy, and organized. About: Back in 2014, I attended Tennessee College of Applied Technology, graduated early with my diploma in Assistance Animal Laboratory Technicians, also with a certification in Purina Mills Animal Care Course. I have done an internship with North Shelby Animal Shelter as well as Bartlett Animal Shelte, where I took stray dogs/ abandoned out for walks and to play. Most of the dogs I encountered with at the shelter were sweet and loving dogs that just need a friend and time to spend with a person. I treated those dogs as my own. I have also intern at University of Tennessee Health and Science Center taking care of rodents, pigs, and other animals. I am someone who is mature, candid and who has integrity. Everyday I work to improve myself and my skills which is part of maturing and becoming better at what I do, this is why I want clients to choose me. I will treat your pets as my own pets. I will love and care for them, as if they where my own.
“Scout absolutely lovedddd his visits with Alyssa. Alyssa was so good with my corgi and all his sassiness. She gave him all the play time he could handle plus bribe treats to get out of bed! I loved the little personal review stories Alyssa created for each visit with scout! Will def use again!”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
