I currently volunteer with House of Mews on a weekly basis. I have knowledge and experience in caregiving, bathing, and administering medicine. My home is unfortunately unavailable for boarding. But I’m comfortable taking care of pets in all types of environments and don’t mind traveling with them in my car if you’d like me to enrich their day at a dog park or on a nature trail.

About: I foster for the Humane society and other rescues. I know animal first aid. Degree in wildlife Biology. I have two dogs of my own, and one cat. I wake up at 7 and feed and walk everyone. After they are done eating we play or cuddle depending on the pets personality. Kittens and puppies eat lunch. If you want your pet to eat three meals please ask. Evening time around 7-8 is Dinner for everyone. Between these times is when there are short walks and play. I don't have a fenced yard yet. I have two dogs at home. One is a senior shih Tzu that only wants to lay around all day. The other is a Bull terrier that is kept outside or in the garage. He gets along with female dogs only so he will be kept away from most pets. I have a cat that loves everyone including dogs. I keep her claws trimmed just in case. If there is a accident I have quick clot and other first aid available.

Between playing with earth worms, petting any dog I see or spoiling my own pups, I love people and I love their animals and pets. About: I'm an early bird so morning walks are always in; Sir Connor (Rest In Dog Paradise ) he was a shih tzu mixed. He was not neutered, because I wanted grand fur babies at the time. I have fostered over a dozen dogs and a handful of cats. Daisy May was an extra addition to the family while I was fostering a puppy I called Maxwell; Maxwell has been adopted by a caring couple! Daisy May is currently the only dog I have so far. Sitting Schedule: Breakfast is at 10:30. I'm reading on how to train dogs and so treats would be ideal for play time! Dinner is severed at 7:30 I feed twice a day. If I have your dog on the weekend, they get to go on a field trip to Overton Park or Mud Island Dog Park. They also get enrichment time with pet toys and snacks! I also groom on the weekend. I mostly had dogs as pets; I rescued a cat and named him Jeffery and he was adopted by a loving family. About: Growing up in a heavily animal-oriented household, I fell in love with caring for animals of all kinds. With a mother who is a professional groomer and previously a vet tech, I was exposed to dogs and animals of all breeds, temperaments, ages, and more. I have been taking on animal sitting “gigs” for as long as I can remember, and love every animal I meet! I am versed in different medical care and always willing to learn anything to help. About: I am a former K9 handler of the United States Air Force. I like to keep my home loving, safe, sanitary, and fun! I have 6+ years of experience in caring and training dogs. I live in Somerville, TN and work at the Somerville Animal Hospital 10 minutes away. I check on my dogs every day I work for my lunch break M-F. I stay at home on the weekends unless I am running errands. My pets are 75% outside and 25% inside dogs at the moment. They will be inside during heat season and outside during winter because their breed. I make individual care plans depending on the breed and what the individual canine is used to.
